Very much comfortable stay, nice staff and food also. Will definitely visit again. Location is also very much reachable

it was worst experience ever, me and my colleague changed the hotel after 1 hr of booking because of room service was very bad, we asked for a water bottle and got after 40 mins, The TV was not working, may hair found in the bedsheet, Receptionist behaviour was too rude, extra charges taken given low quality food, we gave order for butter roti 7 nos but got normal roti 6 nos and we paid for 7 nos of butter roti. after informed so many time anyone didn't responded so finally we decided to change the hotel, and we did. please don't book this hotel....

Very poor experience, the room was not good, very bad service, we asked for water bottle and got after 30 minutes, food quality also very bad, hair also found in bedsheet, tv also not working, so we did not stayed and book another hotel in same day, staff behaviour was very bad, horrible night for us

Poor management, for tv, dth account was suspended. Ac was not cooling. Bathroom was very dirty.

No spacious room. Bed covers are dirty. Tv was in off condition all the time. B'fast and tea were very costly. The hotel check-in check-out time 12 noon to 12 noon and when we check in 12:05 mid night then help desk says us your booking check-in date was yesterday so you not allow now. After a marathon discussion he allow. Next day when we extended our stay time up to 6 hrs only he charged 24 hrs rent. He demand 20 rupees extra when we have to check out. Then next day when we reached our home again a call for extra 50 rupees. In room, no interior, sealing fans sound like a running train. Ac was also created a big sound. Even we booked ac deluxe rooms and the overall experience and stay was poor. When we asking about bill then he demands gst extra. No value of money. I am sorry hotel mayur but we are not happy with hospitality. Only one plus point is that the property is on walking from railway station but in pad-av area there are so many hotels and they all are in walking approach from rail head.

It was a sudden programme to travel gwalior for official reason. I visited make my trip to choose any hotel near railway station. I saw mayur hotel close to padav. I thought let us take a chance as i never stayed there. After spending 2 days at hotel, i found it very comfortable stay with all facilities to move around. I like the service and behavior of staff.

Good location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish,roomy with excellent service. Good food. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
