It is a very old property. Renovation is over due. Room and bath room walls are stained. Closet seat was evidently dirty but yet "Sanitised' tag was placed on it. Who ever did that job is a very insincere and irresponsible person, not fit for the job. There was hairs in the bed linen, easily visible when we put aside the blanket. It was clearly used linen. We didn't have patience to complain about it as we had checked in at about 11.30 PM, after a tiring 5 hours train journey. As frequent experienced travellers, we always carry couple of thin sheets to use in such situations, knowing that even in premium hotels, they don't always change bed sheets. In this case, there were few long hairs right in the middle which no one can't miss, but the person who made the bed even didn't care to hide it or remove it. This shows how low the morale of the staff is which reflects the overall standard of this hotel. Bath room is small, however, the living room is spacious with plenty of storage space. Furniture looks rich. Restaurant staff is courteous. Buffett breakfast had good spread. This can be a desirable property if it is renovated and the staff is given good training in hygiene and hospitality.

The budget property is centrally located and well maintained The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable The staff are courteous and well behaved The service is good The food served is excellent Overall nice place to stay in budget category

Poor experience, smelly room and the washroom was not clean. The whole hotel has an ageing look and an obnoxious smell prevails in the restaurant and the cafetaria. Unprofessional behavior despite staff trying to be appear helpful. Overpriced, as cheaper options in the city offer better rooms and service.

The hotel property is old and not maintained. The swimming pool area is extremely small, mostly for conducting events and not usable by the guests. There is no proper sit out area in the hotel. Some of the rooms have old system of lock and key and the rooms are small, bathroom even smaller. While the rooms are neat and clean, the entire place requires a renovation, including the lift area. The property, while a 4 star needs a renovation

I got the deal of 1 night @ 2000/- with breakfast and that makes this old property a steal! It needs renovation and they know it so will start from 1st Mar 2023. The property otherwise is very nice, good spacious room, clean and takes cares of needs esp. at this price point.

Very nice place to stay , very prime location , all the tourist spots are very nearby to this hotel . Staffs are very polite and humble , very good service . Rooms are very tidy and clean with very prompt room service. Enjoyed my stay in Gwalior at Radisson Gwalior , specially Mr Pradip kumar Mondal , who is very very good at service. Will surely recommend my friends to come at Gwalior and stay in Radisson Gwalior

Its nearby to railway station easy access . Good hotel with two restaurants .Breakfast is good with good variety .Rooms are spacious neat and clean . Variety of Pillows is commendable service. Bath rooms are very good neat and clean .Staff is cooperative and adjustable take care of your special needs .Bar must be operational on priority . Swimming pool must be operational . Value for money
