Great stay! Very decent and humble staff. Pankaj and Roopesh took wonderful care of us. The food has been amazing too, especially the breakfast. The hotel has an old world rustic charm to it. Lovely location bang on Gurgaon phase 3 sector 24.

Very nice service,homely atmosphere,decent quality of food.All stuffs behavior is overwhelming. Very happy to stay here for a week with my family . Location of the hotel is in beautiful place.Specially thanks to house keeping groups service from Gulab Singh,Sarfaraz and all.

Maintenance is really good. House keeping team work is good. Team members like Mr Najirul, Vinay and Chaman are doing wonderful work. From reception to house keeping everyone is Very attentive and doing good job. Definitely I will recommend someone who wants to stay in a nice place.

Room housekeeping and serving facility and cleaning everything was good. Location of the hotel is very good. Respect from every staff is excellent. First time visited the DLF hotel. My self Satisfied fully and enjoyed fully. Thank you for this oppertunity. Mr. Najirul supervisor Mr. Binay

Everything was good, food, service, cleaning. Room was well cleaned daily Breakfast was awesome. Quality of food was good Pillows were fluffy Hygiene was maintained Polite staff Everything was in working condition like ac, lamps, even kettle Staff responsible for room service-Vinay, Rupesh, Yuvraj

Awesome service by Najirul and supervisor Om Prakash. Really liked it. Restaurant is good. Nice view from the room. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying here. Apartment is maintained and very clean.

Awesome service I was helped with Najirul and supervisor Om Prakash. Both were very polite and perfectionist. I recommend this place to everyone. The room was very nice and clean. Everytime we leave, we found the room totally clean and tidy.

Very good staff. Food is good. Service is prompt. Very understanding on customer needs. Rooms are well decked. Pool area is good. Experience with Arya at reception desk, Hari Kishore, Mayank and Babulal in restaurant was excellent. I would certainly visit again and refer to my friends as well.

The whole staff of The city club is really co-operative and hardworking. Kudos to harikishore ji and babulal ji for the lovely and fresh breakfast. I really like the live counter of utpam and dosa, they were really fresh and they serve south indian food in banana leafs.
