All the staff member or excellent and the service is punctual the food is very tasty and the cleanliness is consistently maintained, I had a wonderful stay at the property thank to all staff specially Shyamali in reception for the utmost care and the smooth checkout process.

It's a good property and we love to come back again. Ms Shyamali is such a wonderful lady at Front office and she greet us very nicely and give us the comfortable stay. Also love the view from the window in nights. It was a great staycation here. All the very best.

I had a fantastic stay. The staff Vipin, Arbaaz and Shaymli all were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with huge balcony attached and the amenities were excellent. The location was good as well with awesome views. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in this hotel for the last week it was a great property surrounded by a wonderful people most importantly their way of respecting and maintaining the beautiful concept of hospitality I really appreciate it vary from service and their attentiveness I would love to come back to this hotel again And meet this wonderful people who always help me and make my stay memorable Ms Oinam from front desk

It has been a great stay at Citadines for 12 nights on a busyness trip. All the staffs are very very courtageous and helpful. Special mention about the Mr. Naresh Kumar and Mr. Swaraj who have alaways been very attentive staffs from house keeping department keeping the house very clean and organised. Kudos to both.

I stayed on the 10th floor and can recommend staying in Paras Citadines to anyone and everyone. I do want to call out the cleaning department and Mr. Naresh specifically and other staff who helped out with ensuring our room was perfect during the entire duration of the stay !

Well I had an amazing experience at paras citadine , I think this is the only luxury appartment which is open for guest . The concept is good , just feels like we are at home , amazing view of aravali hills . Perfect weekend getaway . Special thanks to oinam , who welcomed us . She took complete care of us during the stay
