This is a family hotel with friendly reception staff with less experience the staff can't do anything about it but the manager is badly organized The room is spacious in the sleeping area but the bathroom is less not clean is a pluck of hair from the previous occupant The price is good buy for 35 euros with breakfast but don't expect too much from the breakfast an Indonesian breakfast and the coffee is also bad

Anugrah hotel is a great place to visit, they were serving our dish as well, during ramadan. I was having fun and i have been trying the planty of food list. Mie Ayam is my favorit, it migh be diffetrent recipe.i will book the hotel if i have a trip.

The room is quite spacious, the view away from the room is also good, but the toilet lid is crusty, it's still cleaner to close the toilet at my house, there are lots of cafes around the location, the breakfast has quite a lot of choices and is quite delicious, I paid for the hotel room at a higher rate because it was just right want to go on holiday at the end of the year

Stayed at this hotel on 25-26 March 2022 with my extended family. Stayed in the smallest room (Standard room) with 16m2 of space. But the architect/designer did a good job; while the room was indeed small, it was not as cramped as I thought it'd be. I once stayed in hotel with a slighty larger room (18m2 - Ibis TSM, Bandung), and I thought Ibis was more cramped. My room was located on the fifth floor (facing the swimming pool) and it was clean, brightly lit, and has a small balcony. Soundproofing in the room was OK, and the bed & pillows are comfortable. Good TV, with plenty of channels to choose from & in near-HD quality. The bathroom has raindrop shower + regular shower, and features a foldable chair so you could sit while taking a shower. Never seen this before, and it was a nice feature. Good water pressure and hot water. Too bad the hotel doesn't offer free breakfast, but not to worry. There are plenty of restaurants or snacks available in and around the hotel. You can also order room service. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful; everywhere I went they greeted me & my family and helped me when taking the elevators. The swimming pool is nice too, even though it's kinda small. I noticed there are some kind of underwater cable near the lamp in the pool (really hope it's not a live wire). There are clothing stores for men + women + kids on the 2nd floor. Pros: - Highly competitive rate - Courteous, attentive staff - Modern hotel & good, strategic location - Clean, bright & nicely equipped room - Good TV channels selection - Plenty of stalls selling snacks & restaurants in & around the hotel to choose from Cons: - Smallish room (16m2) - Parking space is very limited (especially during weekend/public holidays) - No breakfast Overall, considering the highly competitive rate & courteous & helpful staff, I'd highly recommend this hotel.

It seems like a typical old resort to me. Apart from the extreme outbound activities, which truly give value to the resort, nothing particularly noteworthy. What irritated me the most was that the hotel kept reminding me of my check-out time. They contacted us twice, which I find really bothersome. They called us two hours before check-out time and again at 11.45 a.m. We had already alerted them that we were aware of the situation and that we would check out on time.

Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. They have a glamping unit also, which is so beautiful..anyway thank you for all the jsi team, especially mrs. Defi as receptionist for the hospitality service.

Everythings is good, but still the same as before last year at Panda Hotel, cleanliness need to improve. #Friendly & courteous hotel staff. #Easy check-in & check-out. #Many recreational facilities & activities at hotel area, some are paid (mini train, horse ride, elephant ride, etc). #Kanoopi, wood-fire pizza. #De'Savanna, good place for dinner & breakfast. Not so far from Jakarta and outside hectic crowded Bogor city. Love the Balinese ambience since entering the lobby. The architecture reminds me with one property at Seminyak Bali. Property is maintained, thumbs up for this. We requested all booked room to be twin-bed and low floor ( due to one guest is a senior guest) The room was clean. Love the safety measure of double front door of room. Window blinders need improvement. The shower was hot and amenities from coffee/tea/bathrobe and shower room were good. At night cafe/resto had a good ambience just to sit down and chill. Love the family staycation feeling as many young family and children around. Breakfast was okay, enough for this price level. Love the paddy field at the area of the resort Over all am satisfied to bring my family here. Will definitely return again in a near future for staycation.
