I didn't check in as i was misled by you people. Hotel requested at narasaraopet and booking made 20km away from. Narasaraopet. Poor management by you in wrongly guiding us.

It was a very bad stay. I had to pay ₹500 extra because i checked in a few hours early. The A/C was not functioning as well. Room maintainence was not so good. I guess i will not book this hotel in future again.

Booked a room at 3pm, reached the hotel at 1130pm. But was asked to go elsewhere as all rooms were let out for a marriage party. Irresponsible service at the reception : didn't even care to turn on lights even as they were watching tv. Waited for around 30mins and was later given a room, after arguing with the receptionist. Place seemed recently renovated. Car-parking on the road. Fast checkout.

Excellent hotel with friendly staffs. Location is great for communication(bus&rail, surrounded by hospitals, banks, tiffin & lunch hotels. Receptionist is very friendly guy, owner is a gentleman, cleaning staffs are also very helpful. Not only this hotel but also surrounded tea stall, tiffin stall guys are very much helpful. Strongly recommend to must visit this hotel.
