This is an older property but it was nice and clean and didn't smell bad! I appreciate a good-smelling room. We even used the nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows were really small and flat. But it was a great deal on price!

I'm sorry I don't know her name, but the lady at check-in was wonderful! I was staying over a Holiday weekend and she made sure I was able to check in early, and was available for anything you could need-even over the holiday.
The room was spacious and comfortable. I had my 2 dogs with me, and the golf course behind the hotel was a great space to walk them (it was winter, so no worries about flying golf balls).
The breakfast was fine for me, although I'm not a big breakfast eater. If you like a hot breakfast with lots of variety, this probably won't suit you. (There are plenty of good breakfast places in Gunnison though!)

The property was very clean. Check-in was fast and easy even with a pet. The rooms were pretty standard but definitely clean and up to date. The jacuzzi and workout room are clean and well maintained. Will definitely stay again!

Very basic. Clean. Beds and pillows not very comfortable but OK. Entire place (hallway, inside room, inside microwave) smelled STRONGLY of cleaning chemicals. I wouldn't stay here again just because of that.

Property’s fine. Owner / manager lady could be a whole lot better. Argumentative and unprofessional. I won’t be back. Breakfast included means expired yogurt.

Very clean room, comfy bed, peaceful and quiet. Family-run…nice people and knowledgeable about area and western Colorado. We stay here every year on our fall drive.

Quaint, clean place to stay. Front desk clerk was MIA when we went to check in. No one answered the front bell, knock on the door or phone for well over 15 minutes.

Nice a clean, great service, and they allow dogs. Was happy to find out that they had an electric car charging station since I just purchased an electric car!
