出差返程住的這家酒店，因為離機場近，酒店讓我大吃一驚，本想隨便找個離機場近的酒店，沒想到這家酒店從地點到衞生環境，再到基礎設施 ，我是比較認可的，性價比非常高，一次性的毛巾，屋內準備的小麪包和牛奶，都體現了酒店管理人員的用心，前台的小妹妹服務熱情，工作認真，並且離店後還進行電話回訪，就是小妹妹的姓名給忘了。再去貴陽，這家酒店是我的首選！

房間確實很好，值五星。但是差評給送機司機。不想幹這份工作你可以不用幹，我們沒有做錯任何事，但是司機從一上車就甩臉子，中途也不跟我們確定要去哪個客運大樓，我們反覆問三次，居然跟聽不到一樣，對待普通話客人，他真的就像聽障人士一樣毫無反應，整個行程卻一直在跟旁邊的一位乘客用方言交流榕江村超和陳百強，表情快樂到飛起。我們以為他聽不懂普通話便沒有在意，誰知道到客運大樓後他居然用普通話喊我們幫他關車門，這才知道原來衹是司機對外地人心存偏見而已。整個貴州行程很完美，對貴州人也印象很好，包括東榆酒店也住得很滿意，唯有這位司機讓人心情不好。建議東榆酒店加強管理，附加服務也是酒店的一部分，不要因為這個瑕疵影響酒店評分。目前東榆還沒有差評，我也不忍心因為送機司機給差評，就好評吧。

離貴陽機場很近，酒店包接送，價格很便宜，酒店前台的小姐姐很温柔，房間衞生很乾凈，房間裏有一次性洗臉巾這個是最值得誇讚的，免費的喲～房間還有免費的飲料喝，早上去機場坐車酒店前台會提前打電話，真的太貼心了。推薦推薦

設施：設備設施一般，畢竟是新建的酒店。
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，無異味。
環境：環境品質高，整體感覺還可以。
服務：接送服務贊，師傅服務好，幫忙拿東西，叮囑到位。但是前台服務意識差，不熟練，業務培訓加強，服務態度有待提高。

前台服務差，客房服務員衞生做不好，使用過的床單直接拉稱後給新客人使用，第一次住酒店遇到落下東西在房間沒看到的情況，

最最值得表揚的是前台服務超快速周到，接送機師傅熱情快速，我夜裡12點多才落地，落地給前台打電話接機，等取了行李，司機師傅已經到了，9座商務車弄的乾淨整潔，車內清香，一點煙味都沒有。還主動問第二天需不需要送機，很周到。
房間分為內窗和外窗，這個預訂的時候要注意分清，我對氣味極其敏感，所以喜歡通風好的外窗，房間還是有一點裝修味和煙味，建議酒店留幾間無煙房。
房間和衞生間衞生很乾凈，建議增加地墊，否則洗澡水會踩的到處都是。
