去Tenerife完全是為了這個酒店來的哈哈。來了之後沒有失望 粉色城堡超級美 天氣也很好 服務也貼心，酒店內都可以叫管家開車接送，早餐也很不錯，租了四個晚上 很好的體驗， 下次會再來！

服務最差ritz carlton 真的無力吐槽 入住第一天沒仔細檢查 凌晨一點打算睡覺我去拉窗簾 走到窗户邊我一抬頭 好傢伙 沒窗簾 當時cpu是有點停轉的 用房間電話打給前台 打了10幾次沒人接 後來終於打通了 過了十分鐘來了一個人我和他説沒窗簾他説我是負責送飯的我不管我幫你聯繫前台 十五分鐘又過去了 等不及下樓去前台 他和我説給我房間打電話了 後面發現是我們房間兩個座機電話也壞了 我問他我説沒窗簾的這個情況你打算怎麼處理呢 他説很抱歉衹能等明天早上再來給你裝 絲毫沒有提及幫我們換一個房間暫住一晚或者幫我們做任何事 此刻cpu徹底燒了 在我的要求下終於幫我換了一個房間暫住一晚
退房後發現落下了一個apple watch 聯繫酒店 説沒有 順便表揚一下攜程客服 全程幫忙

超級好玩 度假村的概念 強烈推薦泳池旁邊的bar那裡賣的酸奶 也太好吃了吧！！！！念念不忘！

可以算得上人生酒店了 私人沙灘可乘坐酒店住客專屬纜車從山上坐到山下的私人沙灘 住了三天每一天保潔都會給夠充足的瓶裝水 餐廳隨便吃也不踩雷泳池旁邊的餐廳值得推薦米一且不貴 酒店每晚大堂還有現場音樂表演 還有特別棒的高爾夫球場 健身房也強烈推薦

房間很乾凈，員工服務很好，也有停車服務。酒店裡的餐廳都很好吃，就是位置稍微有點偏，離碼頭都要半個小時的車程。但是酒店配套措施都很好，有酒吧，高爾夫場，游泳池，很適合就在酒店裡擺爛。

史上住過最噁心的五星。酒店工作人員種族歧視很嚴重，看見黃種人擺臉子，退房的時候莫名其妙多了一堆賬單。要個什麼東西送到房間也巨慢。最重要的是房間熱水總是洗着洗着就沒了
