The facility need a remodel, but they are very clean and the service is great. Well worth the price.

This is an old hotel. Premises are not in best conditions. I had a problem with the bath tub faucet. They sent me a person from maintenance service and more or less fixed it. They fixed the faucet but the pressure of water in the shower was very poor. I asked for a change of room, but they never answered. Towels were old. For sure I had prefer an Airbnb than this hotel. Breakfast was good and service in restaurant was good too. Reception service was not so good. A bit disappointed.

My experience at this hotel was not the greatest. Starting with the hygiene of the place, I walk in to my room and first thing a notice was the carpet it’s dirty. I spoke with the cleaning lady the next morning about having the carpet vacuumed. The lady was embarrassed to tell me that they requested vacuums to managers but they just refuse to get them. I was shocked, how do you have a hotel full of carpet with no vacuums?!. The curtains were full of greasy hands as well. So the building needs a lot of attention but seen how management thinks its ok to not vacuum the carpet its very concerning. On my rating I gave 2 stars for staff and service which I hate to generalize. The cleaning staff along with the people at the restaurant and security were extremely friendly and courteous. My poor rating comes from the man at the front desk named Alberto Rivera. Lack of communication skills and im not talking about language (Spanish is my first language) I’m talking customer service that is expected from a hospitality place. Poor eye contact, rude expressions, when asked questions was just quiet. It was very weird and uncomfortable interaction overall rude. I could type the full interaction but it wont fit here. But this gentleman is in the wrong field for sure. People at the “Mercado” have way more knowledge of customer service than him. The man is just rude with a Napoleon syndrome. And he is the face of the business. I don’t see a great future for this hotel.

I arrived at night and left before sunrise the next day so I can not rate the hotel suroundings 😟

I'm desperate need of an upgrade, a little noice and not because is close to the airport, tight parking very, decent breakfast, convenient location

Front desk not very welcoming, I find they had attitude to someone who do not speak Spanish.

The property is very run down. We had several groups at different hotels and this one was not up to par for similar prices.

Not good service no microwave no fridge in the room dirty carpet
