Mijn partner en ik hebben een ongelooflijke ervaring gehad. De plek is prachtig. De faciliteiten zijn zo gastvrij dat we er zelfs voor zorgen dat we hier een hele maand willen blijven. De behandeling van het personeel is top. Vanaf het moment dat we het hotel binnenkwamen ze hebben ons super goed behandeld. Het eten is voortreffelijk👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. We zullen dit hotel zeker opnieuw bezoeken.😌

Ik moet zeggen dat het hotel uitstekend is, zeer schoon van topklasse, maar de service is niet zo geweldig zodra we daar aankwamen, voelden we ons niet welkom, het was een drukte om in te checken en Oscar bij de receptie was niet erg vriendelijk . Sommige werknemers zijn geweldig, maar andere niet zo geweldig, als ze je niet willen bedienen, soms niet het gevoel hebben dat alles inbegrepen is, omdat eten en drinken worden gerantsoeneerd door de werknemers. Het kan zoveel leuker zijn als deze kleine dingen over het algemeen kunnen zorgen. Het was een goede ervaring. Het hotel is onberispelijk, maar sommige werknemers hebben mijn ervaring of mijn familie niet de beste gemaakt!

De faciliteit is erg mooi, de training is fantastisch en de aandacht van de werknemers is uitstekend, ze zijn allemaal erg aardig, gefeliciteerd.

This was my first trip to Cuba and I was a bit reluctant since everyone warned me about the "terrible food". Clearly these people have never been to the Gran Muthu Almirante Beach Resort!! The food selection was great and flavourful. I have travelled to various islands and on cruises and the food at this resort was equal or better than some of the places I visited. The staff was courteous and polite. My room was immaculate. This resort deserves the 5 star rating it has been given. I would recommend this hotel wholeheartedly. I will be returning in the near future for a much longer stay.

Buen servicio, buena limpieza, la comida calidad standar, buen trato, excelente animación, amenidades ( piscina, playa, sala de juegos) todo bueno.
Solo señalar que en algunos turnos de trabajo extralimitan a los huéspedes en sus órdenes de snacks.... el hotel es todo incluido y no creemos justo que quieran limitarnos en qué y cuanto queremos comer, especialmente cuando estamos ordenando cantidades razonables para el momento.
Por lo demás todo bien.
Vinimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños en Paz y Armonía y se cumplió el objetivo..

C’est le plus bel endroit où nous avons sejourné à Cuba. La plage est magnifique et le personnel est très dévoué et aimable. L’hôtel est très propre et au goût du jour! Nous y retournerons certainement.

Top hotel, emplacement top..mais la nourriture ,pour 2 étoiles pas plus..en 5 jour on a pas vu les traces de poisson au menu...
