店家非常熱情大方，服務態度很好。住宿條件很棒，除了價格優廉以外，不僅離客車站入口很近，衹有幾十米遠，而且衞生很整潔，配備的洗浴設施也是剛換的，水温高且持久。而且店家還很有新意地配備了服務機器人，非常方便。

設施都比較老舊，而且衞生真的很差，地毯很舊很臟的感覺，馬桶坐圈上居然很多尿漬，這是完全沒清理吧！簡直離譜！雖然來擦了，但完全不敢用，要不是因為太晚了，又帶着孩子，真的不想住的，澡都沒洗，就湊活睡了個覺，早上起來立馬走了！而且很早下面就有汽車站的客車的噪音！

房間大氣，尤其是智能機器人印象深刻，酒店位置優越，鬧中取靜，交通方便，性價比很高，整體感覺還不錯。不足的是裝修有點老舊。

房間寬敞，設施陳舊，有些做法如收取按金已不合時宜。訊息化改造有特色，但功能並不實用，比如一開房門，窗簾就自動關閉，怪怪的。
