I booked a room here through booking..com 2 weeks before arrival. The night before I was due to arrive they wrote me demanding I pay 50% directly through them and leave booking out of it. I said I’d gladly pay the 50% through booking only as all my credit card info was set up and agreed upon earlier with *********** . They then told me to cancel my reservation and made me feel very unwelcome. If I did this I would get charged 50% for a cancellation fee. I had to go through booking to get this cancelled as I really was feeling very screwed over. They left me with no place to go and kept trying to get me to cancel so they could get the cancellation fee and ruined my trip to Guanajuato that I had been planning for so long. I wasn’t able to get another place with one day advance warning. Very unprofessional indeed. Do not trust this place. Zero stars.

Excelente relación calidad/precio. Apartamento completamente equipado para visitar o trabajar en Guanajuato. Alejado del escándalo del Centro Histórico turístico, pero suficientemente cerca de él.

Había plaga de chinches en la habitación y en lugar de buscar solución, fueron groseros.
