The hotel is older but definitely a clean and quiet place to stay. However, we called for assistance at the front desk and they never showed up. Late check out is pricey and they still called to ask why my stuff was in the room. Needs better organization and service.

Muy buen servicio, personal muy servicial, el restaurante muy chiquito pero los desayunos riquísimos y buen precio.
Recomendable solo el control de la tele no sirvió y nunca pudimos ver television

Excelente ubicación, servicio y limpieza.
En la habitación que me hospede tenias que levantarte hasta la puerta para apagar la luz, salvo eso, todo muy bien

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, staff were helpful, location suited us. Hotel itself is run down and needs a complete renovation.

Bathroom in King size room is very outdated. The railings and glass fencing either needed to be cleaned or they are outdated. Property looks old, some folks like that, but not me.

Staff not cooperating with plumbing problems and they gave us the worst room in the building, I’m assuming because ******* customers get reduced price. They finally moved us to a different room not too far From the other. Also “retaining” our credit card so we paid cash and they run the credit card anyway and will not reverse it. They offered cash back, but we were back in USA.
