This hotel is not what you see described. When we booked it showed as 4 stars but now shows as 3 stars. The place is dirty, staff is not very friendly, breakfast absolutely to avoid. We were given a room in the cloister without windows.and the loos had a very bad smell.....we were changed room to then have a very dirty room, broken furniture and NO HOT WATER.......the hotel and Trip did not seem to care at all and we were made to pay one night penalty to cancel the reservation.

Some of the rooms in this hotel do not have windows. My boyfrined said the pool was dirty so I did not use it. The room was. Breakfast was okay and cheap. The highlight of this hotel is the location and its historic charm!! The security at the hotel was very good and the staff was very professional! Hotel does have a certain charm!

The hotel is located in a great place full of places to dine and to admire the historical building that Guadalara has to offer. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is beautiful and very clean.

Hotel Morales is an old, classic building near a square with a few churches. The staff was nice and accommodating. Our room didn't have a window to the outside, which made the room dark. We did have a window to the center courtyard but didn't open it for privacy reasons. The hotel is within walking distance to the historic zone.

The hotel is very beautiful with lots of character and charm. It’s close proximity to the central historic district can’t be beat. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious and modern. More importantly, the shower water always ran warm. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place in historic area of Guadalajara. We have stayed multiple times and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Comfortable, clean rooms in a very beautiful historic building.

Very nice hotel. Parking requires valet, and sometimes takes a little long. Diner options are rather lame, but across the street there is a fantastic joint (if you can stomach it).

We where treated VIP from the minute we arrived to our departure. The was amazing while we were there. My only complaint was not having availability of hours for a massage.
