We konden pas om 18u30 in ons huisje ipv 17u, dit met 3 kinderen waarvan 1 baby van 7 maanden!! Bij aankomst in het huisje was er geen babybed omdat we onze babykit niet gekregen hadden (hiervoor 80€ betaald). Het duurde 2 dagen om dit in orde te brengen! De Babykit is zeker geen aanrader! Van ons huisje moesten we 134 trappen met de buggy doen als we gingen zwemmen, ONVERANTWOORD!! Dan maar beginnen de auto nemen met de kinderen om naar het 2de zwembad te rijden omdat we dit veiliger vonden! Op de 6de dag een nieuwe parasol moeten halen, daarvoor ben ik ook 3x (8u, 15u en 20u) naar de receptie moeten lopen omdat we nog steeds geen nieuwe parasol hadden gekregen. De manager van het park was onvriendelijk! Huisjes snikheet en super klein! Kamerdeur boven kon niet dicht omdat het bed ervoor stond! Het beste aan deze vakantie was de propere zwembaden, de propere huisjes en snackbar Bob's (tussen het zwembad en de minigolf).

Excellent location and accommodation. Staff helpful and friendly Accommodation comfortable and well equipped Place to be as lazy or as active as you want. Felt very comfortable to let the kids walk around by themselves. Activités not included could be pricey but with 4 pools, a park, skate park, farm, table tennis free of charge the kids won’t be bored!! Hope to return!

A great family resort / lots of facilities & perfect for our 3 days. The staff were lovely & the apar**ent good. However we were not informed there were check out rules &
We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apar**ent tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappoin**ent after such a lovely stay - if we had known about the rules of course we would have followed them. The hotel should have written instructions visible within the apar**ent. After contacting the hotel to explain we were told in no uncertain terms that we had broken the rules.

Good location. There are 2 swimming pool areas. The one with the slide was packed and we did not go there. We preferred the other area where we could relax more and enjoy more quietness. The pools are not supervised. The accommodation was spacious and the closed terrace was perfect for our dog. However there was no AC only fans which did not really do the trick during the hot weather. We arrived 10 minutes before our check in and the receptionist made us wait even after our 13 hours trip from the UK. This was a bit disappointing and when we came back asking our keys 30 minutes later, it still wasn’t ready… we had to insist to have the keys so that we could relax. Our visit to the restaurant was not great. The waiter was rude and the pizza were not nice. It was very chaotic and not relaxing at all. Glad we did not go half board… Overall, great location to visit the regions

We stayed over the Ascension weekend in rainy 17 degree weather. Only the main pool was open (due to Corona) and the water was too cold for any of our 4 children to enjoy. The accommodation was basic but robust. We chose "House SUPERIEUR 6 people - 2 bedrooms - Terrace" and the main difference versus STANDARD seemed to be that the patio furniture was better than the standard plastic sets on the neighbouring terraces - something that we really appreciated. I rated the service terrible due to a poor response by the person tasked with resolving our WIFI issue, who believed that we should visit reception again to take the next steps to resolve the problem, instead of them doing it themselves.

Site à déconseiller, pas sérieux je dirais même malhonnête!!! Nous avons réservé e février pour un groupe de 9 personnes ,malgré plusieurs rappels nous n’avons jamais de contrat, nous sommes rendus ce jour en reconnaissance,la réservation a été annulée, sans avertissement. Lamentable 👎

Je suis un peu surpris des commentaires postés... Nous y sommes allés en fin juin 2022. Tout y était vraiment très bien : cadre, personnel, logement, piscines et animations. Un tout petit bémol tout de même pour l'animation. Cela manquait parfois un peu d'organisation mais c'était le tout début de la haute saison. Donc à mes yeux cela est excusable. Nous nous y sommes tellement plus que nous y retournons cette année. J'espère néanmoins ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises mais j'en doute. Maintenant, il faut tout remettre au prix que l'on paye... Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un service palace vu le prix. Je dis juste que le rapport qualité/prix est pour moi excellent et nous sommes impatients d'y retourner fin juillet.

Séjour au top ! Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de bar ouvert toute la journée. Les enfants ont pu être en total autonomie et nous aussi ! Un coin de paradis pour une petite parenthèse de vie ! Parc super entretenu, personnel super sympa ! Coin hyper agréable pour déconnecter ! On recommande !

Client de l’enseigne Pierre et vacances depuis très longtemps, nous avons décidé de venir profiter des vacances de Pâques pour venir se détendre avec nos enfants à la piscine et profiter de l’environnement. Nous regrettons vivement notre choix d’être venu ici . Nous avons été floués par l’hôtesse qui nous a validé notre séjour en nous ventant la piscine chauffée ce qui est bien entendu faux. L’eau est à peine à 22 degrés autant vous dire qu’il faut pas avoir froid aux yeux . Impossible d’y mettre un pied, mes enfants sont tombés malades le soir même après avoir tenté de s’y baigner. La réception nous a confirmé que l’eau ne serait pas chauffée plus que ça autant vous dire que les vacances sont complètement gâchées et nous ne recommanderont jamais ce site. Le logement est très très vieux et absolument pas propre. Nous avons du faire le ménage car il y avait traces de nourriture collé sur la plaque de cuisson et autour et passer l’aspirateur et le balai bref pas très agréable. Une véritable excroquerie .
