The room was very clean as well as the public areas that we hung out at. I was really impressed with the breakfast. So many choices. Cereal, yogurts, chessey eggs, bacon, pancakes, bagels and more. The staff were really nice too. I'll definitely stay there my next visit to Cincy which will probably be next month.

I’ve stayed at quite a lot of ( I’d guess more then 1000 in my entire life thus far)hotels.. I have to travel to drs monthly. This one was the best I’ve ever stayed in (and I’m old lol) my room was handicapped accessible and had the best shower chair (that was not built in) it was very stable and made the way I wanted to design one, it clamps . I could get all around my room with ease in my wheelchair. Only 2 negative issues at all for me personally 1.the door is great but very heavy if you’re disabled 2. More important to some(myself included) to reach the thermostat in my room was almost impossible for me, it’s is on the wall which is great but if you’re in wheelchair you need long arms or you need to have legs that work or you’ll fall out of chair. For me these are very minor issues, as I always travel with someone, some may not. My favorite part of my stay was how soundproof the rooms are ! I have very sensitive hearing and I never heard the neighbors tv or kids in hall or anyone yelling. The bed was very uncomfortable as well.
To get my message out about this room I’ll say this.. if you’re handicapped and need a room this one has the best accessible bathroom by far more than a 10 star! You can move in you’re chair without hitting wall or something.
Oh and the best bonus is your tv will greet you! 🤗

The facility was clean. The staff members were very friendly. They asked a few times if they could do anything else for us. The only drawback was you could hear the traffic on the nearby highway but we were still able to sleep.

This was a great hotel -- we loved the vibe, and will look for Tru Hotels to stay at in future. The staff was so welcoming, and we were very comfortable.

Stayed one night. Very clean room upon walking into our room. Bed was very comfortable, got a great night sleep. Nice assortment for breakfast in the morning.
Building is 4 years old but still looks brand new (I asked girl at front desk how old the hotel is) - goes to the maintenance and upkeep of this place to keep it looking new.
Would definitely recommend and stay here again in our travels.

We were in town for a dance competition. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were very friendly. Very satisfied with put choice to stay here and will look for TRU hotels in the future

Both the sleeping area and the bathroom felt spacious. There is nice trails nearby for hiking.

Very clean, wifi was great, only complaint was i wasnt aware of the $150 deposit due at check in but that could have been my fault if its in the fine print because i didnt read it. Pool was nice and clean very peaceful stay. Front desk was kind and helpful.. everything was nicely stocked didnt have to ask for anything. The fridge was a nice addition. Very comfortable and everything look updated. I would definitely book again
