Fabulous room, lovely location, friendly and professional team of staff.
Great jacuzzi bath in the room.
Food was fresh and generous portions.

A nice quiet location with a view of Glastonbury Tor. Breakfast is included and is excellent. Staff friendly and accommodating.

I would have to say that our stay was average.
Room was nice enough but overlooked the car park.
The biggest downfall was the restaurant food and service we received from our waitress. The food was very basic especially for the price.

I appreciated how quiet the surroundings of the property are. 10am checkout, I found to be a touch early, but enjoyed the night.

A nice hotel. Comfortable rooms but perhaps a little basic for a reported 5 star. Lovely breakfast and very attentive staff. Would recommend.

I booked this hotel for my parents. In my dad’s words it’s the best hotel they have stayed in.
The staff all very friendly and helpful no complains from the parents.
Said the hotel didn’t look much from the outside but the inside was lovely.
They liked it so much they have said about going back and having me join them next time.

We loved the hotel, lovely friendly staff and a lovely environment to stay in. The rooms were big and spacious. The food was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again.
