酒店超級棒 樓下應有盡有 已經有國內商圈的感覺了 可以逛到晚上十一點 酒店服務也不錯 早餐非常豐富 下次還會住這邊的

酒店房好新淨，modern設計。位置真係一流，喺正大商場上面，商場有好多嘢行好多嘢食，而且酒店好近鐵路站，交通非常之方便。但係喺我六日stay入面有兩日冇熱水，咁凍嘅天氣冇熱水沖涼真係好辛苦。同埋有日叫staff執房叫咗兩次全日都冇人嚟執。

Love this hotel. Smells great when you walk in. Staff are always friendly and rooms are comfortable. My only problem was not having a mirror near a plug socket to dry my hair

Nestled in the Westfield shopping center, the Hyatt Regency is a jewel not to be missed. Clean and spacious rooms that were very clean and the most wonderful staff we have ever encountered.
Front desk staff even went above and beyond when our flight out was delayed and allowed us to stay past check-out time.
The inclusive breakfast was worth every penny and the selection each morning was fresh and delightful.
We will be booking here every time we are in London from now on.

This hotel offers exceptional comfort and is conveniently situated in a prime location, making it easily accessible and convenient for exploring the area. 衞生還可以，但是被單是破的。房間內手機信號很差，手機上網基本很難。酒店免費Wi-Fi就完全是垃圾，有時候會通，但絕大部分時間都連不上網。絕對不會再入住這家酒店了。

最後一天走的時候，找不到Uber司機停車的位置，服務人員幫忙推箱子送到指定地點，挺棒的
