We loved our stay here!!! We will definitely be back!!
Suzanne at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart and helped us with anything we needed
Overall such a wonderful, safe, and cozy stay!

The room was perfect. My only complaint is the water pressure was too weak and the hot water was not very hot at all.

The sheets did not fit the bed and we had a pull out couch in our room, but was not provided extra pillows and blanket. The bed was comfortable and the sliding glass door overlooking the pool was nice.

The desk clerk was great! She gave us all the good locations to eat and shop. The property was very convenient to eating and shopping locations. Traffic is a little noisy while trying to sleep.

I guess it's just impossible to find a nice hotel anymore. They are always is disrepair and this one is no different. The elevator was all beat up and super slow. The sliders to the balcony were gross. And let's not forget the stink bugs. In the hallways and in our room. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep worrying about the bugs. I told the front desk when I checked out the next day and they were like "yeah, they're a thing". No offer of any type of compensation or anything. I won't be staying here again.
