Front Desk Check In Was Great.
Sink stopper in Bathroom would not work properly.
No air circulation in Bathroom
No way to turn off heat lamp over head without turning off all lights.
Coffee maker tray would not fit properly causing water to run everywhere.
Microwave location too low unable to read buttons without standing on your head.
TV remote batteries not working.

After we checked in, we found that shampoo was not provided in the room. We had to go to the front desk asking for it. There are also unknown stains on thr bathroom floor.

It's ok. Included breakfast is always nice.
We were using the sofa bed and it was in poor shape – it was slanted towards the head so much that we slept in the other direction.
The shower was uncomfortable. You step up into it so you only have about 6 inches to the ceiling, so you can't raise your arms up. The bar on the wall was in the way so you don't have horizontal room either. And the faucet handles were oddly low.
We were in the largest room and we just felt cramped.

The hotel was quite and clean. The furniture condition was clean but well used. Still very comfortable. The front counter was friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

I always use this property when I travel to the Greenville - Mauldin area. Never consider another property.

We had to switch rooms due to slow drainage in shower and fridge wasn’t working. Also it was difficult to sleep due to staff in hallways
