Our room was nice and clean, but the fridge made a constant loud whirring noise that made it difficult to sleep.
We were also double charged during check-in. The staff informed us that the manager would come in to help us resolve the issue, but we overheard that he overslept, and eventually after 2 hours, we had to leave without being reimbursed first. As we were leaving, we were told that he would call us when he got in, but he didn’t call us all morning so we had to call him first. He did not apologize for our experience. We have stayed here in the past without any problems, but not sure that we would stay here again.

Stayed here multiple times and it is always a pleasant stay. It is clean, quiet and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is easy as well.

Great breakfast! Missed having a microwave in the room. Fan ran the whole time from a vent by our bed. Didn't sleep the best from the noise. Otherwise was a comfortable room..

By the time checked in, I wanted hot tea but there was no hot water apparently supposed to be available 24/7. However, this morning it was there for breakfast. Overall, you guys are awesome 👌 👏

The staff are very friendly and want to accommodate you. Parking is well lit and there is plenty of it. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. I will come back.

My husband is recovering from a traumatic brain injury and everything about this stay was excellent for his condition
From your service representative to have an amazing room! Everything about this stay was wonderful. Great location for food, shopping, gas, exploring. You guys really hit the mark on this one! Parking, size of the room. Safety! I could keep going on! Thank you!

This was our first stay at a TRU hotel. It did not disappoint! Beautiful hotel with a fun a**osphere. Only issue we had was when checking out they said I owed money. Obviously there is an issue between ******* and there system. After showing her my receipt and where it had been drafted from my account she quickly said she would take it up with them. Again A all the way around.
