Don't expect much for breakfast. The only thing hot was make your waffles. We also found 3 yogurts that were pasted there expiration by more than 2 weeks. Juice machine was over flowing on the floor and no one around to clean it up. No fruit, or it was already gone at 8AM. Once again, no one around to refill items clean the counter tops.

Was pretty clean. 3rd floor hallway had a bad smell but could’ve been food or something a guest had brought in. Wasn’t as bad when we were leaving. Beds a little hard but still slept well

Hotel is very clean.
Breakfast is lacking as only two hot meal option. Make your own waffles or microwave breakfast sandwiches. One fruit option. Banana. Three cereal options and one yogurt option.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming. Felt like we were an inconvenience just trying to check in. Breakfast area was not very clean and they did not have many options. Room was clean.

Desk attendant was not very engaging, listening to air pods. First room had no hot water. He did give us another room with hot water. This room had a couple of holes in the walls, but it was clean.

Everything great except no hot water for my shower. When I told them at check out they said yes they knew about the issue for several days now. Why not tell me at check in and move me to other wing of building ?? They were not busy and could have moved me.

We had a family emergency at Cone Hospital. We decided late to stay the night. I had no trouble getting a handicap room.

No cable no hot water couldn't take no shower cause the water didnt get hot . Not much of a breakfast
