Pretty good overall, staff was nice enough. It’s just very loud if you get a room on the side by the freeway.

The hotel is in a great location for travel throughout Greensboro. The room was spacious with a separate den with TV.

i dont like being quoted one price n get there its a diffrent price and the receptionist was kinda rude not welcoming at all

The staff at the property specifically the GM, Troy and Front desk staff Brianna were great. The hot breakfasts every day were tasty and selection was good. Troy even had mimosas on Saturday in celebration of NCAT homecoming. Picked this hotel since it was close to everything I needed over my 6 days. My only complaint was the room cleaning protocol. In my 6 nights my room was serviced only one time so I emptied a lot of trash on my own. Luckily I had brought some disinfectants with me from home. At checkout I did share this complaint with staff.

My experience at this hotel was terrible. The first room had a long piece of hair in the bed and I immediately asked to be moved to another. They had no problem doing that but the second room was not any better. The guests in the nearby rooms were loud and the room itself smelled of a dead mouse. On my first night, the electricity was cut off from 11 p.m. until 2 a.m. The hot water was warm and the food in the dining area was mediocre. The staff remained pleasant but my overall experience was terrible.

Everything was amazing with the exception that there was still trash in the room from the guests before us. It made us all wonder what else wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival.
