Would have appreciated if the vending machine on each floor was in operable condition, but otherwise the hotel was great.

Ok - it’s not the Ritz, some of the fixtures are askew and the surrounding area ambiance is for fans of light industrial warehouses, but if you want a clean, comfortable room with an acceptable breakfast for a decent price, then I highly recommend this facility. The staff are friendly and ready to care for your needs. Worth looking into if you’re flying out of Tampa and need a place to stay overnight.

Everything was fine. Heard the people next door husband and wife arguing one night. Went to the Comfort breakfast the first 2 days, but more options would have been better. Went elsewhere after that. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was clean and staff was wonderful.
Our complaint is about the room. It was very large, but the bed (queen size) was pushed almost to the wall. It was very inconvenient getting in and out of that side of the bed! Also, there were no hooks in the bathroom. We had to put our towels on the floor to be able to reach them after showering. This was supposed to be an accessible room, but parts were very poorly planned.

They would not let another parent check my son into his room. It was very late and they were only staying there overnight for a sports competition.

it was close to airport very convenient. Staff was very helpful in getting transportation back to airport. Very pleasant stay.

In room 105, the bathroom floor is chipped A LOT. The water pressure is good, bed is great. The outdoor pool had a ton of leaves at the bottom of it. Being close to the airport, there will be plane noise, but could not really tell, once inside the room. COMPLETELY unable to use the TV during my entire stay. I am pretty tech savvy, but it would not work. I just watched tv on my phone.
