Arrived at the hotel Sud on a drive from Germany to Turkey. We came in with no reservations, but were warmly greeted and offered a room at the same price we saw on the internet. The room was in a separate building from the reception, and was a flight of stairs up with no elevator. The room was large and had a kitchenette, sofa, large and comfortable bed, and delightful bathroom. Mauser was happy there, as you can see from her photos (she takes better photos in rooms she likes) . Breakfast was a buffet, but the choices were plentiful. The yogurt with granola and carious seeds/nuts is delicious. Good coffee.

We lived in the Hotel Süd Graz for more than 2 months (March-May 2022). We had a roomy and light apar**ent studio that included everything that needed a comfortable life. There are free Wi-Fi, modern furniture sets and a kitchen set: stove, microwave oven, kettle and coffee machine, dish set for eating and cooking. We also used the SPA zone, and we enjoyed it so much. The hotel is located in a beautiful place with a few shops and cafes next. In half an hour by bus, it is possible to come to the center of Graz (by car it is faster). In a few minutes by walking from the hotel, there are mountains where you could have small hiking, be around the nature and see the fantastic views of the city. We very much appreciate the care about us from Mr. Hubert G. Pferzinger, Fabian, Anna, the all office team, and all the room cleaning team. Thanks all of you for everything. We wish you only the best.

There are very few parking stalls nearby the hotel, on the public road so you are forced to use the paid underground parking.
No restaurants at walking distance but only a sushi service and some sandwich shops.

Convenient location, Car park, busstop, Restaurants, super stores nearby, big and cozy room, outside Garden, neat and clean, nice location and local amnesties, more visits planned for future. Rooms were not in main building though which was a drawback

Stayed July 2 till July 12. What an excellent little hotel but bigger than it looks. Owner and staff like Lisa are accommodating, helpful, kind Special thanks to Fabian who was so good with information for a couple of Canadians who had never been to Austria when we arrived. Fabian’s English is excellent far better than our German. We had the barrier free room and the owner put a chair in shower for my wife to sit on. Breakfast was very good and staff very good at keeping it stocked and cleaning tables. Excellent location for access to A9. We’ll definitely stay again when in Austria

I like stay in this hotel on my way to Italy or Croatia. Rooms are big , clean. Mini bar is good.There is very good breakfast.You will not be hungry.There is nice service. After long way you can relax in the swimming pool.

The staff is great. The pool and sauna, use it. Its a nice place too recover after a day.
