Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch

Location = Great for the Arch Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross. Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience. Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk. Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Room was not ready when promised. Parking was $37 per night. No other place to park. Room was nice, clean, large, housekeeping folks were great. Pleasant stay.

Once I arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Check in and check about was fast an easy. I also had no problem with the room I booked. The view of the arch and courthouse was breathtaking. As for the hotel room and hotel itself was beautiful. I have no complaints and had a great stay.

Beds were small and very uncomfortable. Felt like a cheap box spring mattress and no one slept more than a couple of hours. They had us on the 18th floor and a lot of events happening which made it hard to get an elevator.

The hotel lobby is nice, but the room was so dated. The cost of the room doesnt match what you think you would be getting. The bathroom...well just look at the pictures. The couch had stains on it. I put a sheet from off the bed and layed it on the couch before i sat down. My room was facing the hilton hotel and i could see my car parked right out front, but all i heard all night was cars speeding down the street, (as if they were racing) so i was constantly looking out the window to make sure my car hadn't been hit. I definitely WONT be back.

Beds were hard, they used a sheet for the “fitted” sheet that would come up and didn’t fit the bed properly. Don’t pick up the sheet because you will find nasty hairs on the mattress. There was a white substance on the baseboards. Spends money on installing upgraded sinks but the water in the sinks back up. Would not stay here again. Did have a nice bar and eatery downstairs.

I was a returning visitor, having previously stayed here for a work conference. This time I was returning with my family so we sprung for the arch front deluxe room, which was worth the extra money especially for the beautiful sunrises each morning of our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, even cleaned DAILY which it seems most hotels have stopped doing. The hotel was a quick walk to the arch, a few dining options and even a drug store/grocery store. Only cons were the parking (self-park in the garage was unavailable our entire stay, so we parked at the Mansion House rather than wait for the valet) and the Brewhouse onsite restaurant that I had enjoyed during my last stay was under renovations, but we were happy to venture out for dinner. Also not the hotel’s fault but there was a huge volleyball tournament in town, so it was at 99% capacity so it was a little crowded and loud with teenage girls everywhere. We would definitely return when in the area again.

The hotel was nice. Just steps away from the St. Louis Arch! Check in was fast and easy, my room was even available a few hours before check-in. The bath mat was a little gross, and there was some staining on the tub, but otherwise the room was fine. Bed was comfortable and sheets were great! Nice view of the Arch from my window! Good restaurants in walking distance. Probably my least favorite part of the stay was that the elevators were a little slow.
