Comfort Inn & Suites

The hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. I was not impressed with customer service as I was stuck in the elevator for over a half hour. I tried using the emergency phone, but it was completely dead. Due to not having cell service in the steel box, I was only able to communicate to friends staying in the hotel through a messenger app using the hotels wifi. Hotel staff first told my friends that it was broken likely due to some kids playing on it. They came to the door and let us know that maintenance was on the way and would bebthere soon. They arrived roughly 20 min later. After hearing grunting and clinging sounds of screw drivers, the elevator decided to take me and my wife to the 2nd floor where we quickly got off when the doors opened. Ultimately, the issue wasn't fixed and we were lucky that the door opened on its own. Needless to say we used the stairs for the remainder of our stay. What makes this issue even worst is that we recieved our full bill under the door the next morning and received no follow up and no one checked in on us. The next morming I ate breakfast around 7:00am in the lobby waiting to see someone at the front desks to connect about the HUGE inconvenience, but no one was there. I did notice the out of order sign on the elevator that was never fixed. I feel that the hotel could have done MUCH BETTER, and could have made this issue right, but they didnt. Likely the last time Ill stay at any of these hotels.

Front desk was very welcoming, friendly, smiling, and helpful. I was VERY disappointed in breakfast this was a very important part of our stay. We entered the dining area 9:13 breakfast was served until 10. No waffle, mix, no bacon, gross looking sausage, bottom of the barrel scrambled eggs, no muffins. It took us about 15 minutes to find someone by then they said it was too late to refill items because it’s closing at 10. Mind you we were not the only ones to come at this time. Families of six and more were still arriving! Now at about 940 they did actually bring some waffle mix out! Then… no towels in pool area!! Come on people the hotel is FULL of kids. Let’s get it together.

Stayed with Family for a sporting event. Clean and quiet, pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was average.

Floor in room was dirty, nightstand and lamp were sticky, stains on the curtain, bathtub barely drained so the water was above my ankles during a shower.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. I was a little hesitant because this was our first time staying at this establishment. We where very pleased at the ease of check in and the polite staff, also that the hotel actually looked like the pics advertised. The room was very clean and quiet, we will definitely be staying here on our next trip. Thank you for meeting our every need!!

Had a pleasant stay here. Would recommend, especially top floor which was quiet.

The stay was good. Front desk person was the house keeping services manager and she was great! I like the bed and pillows.

Quiet and comfortable. Airport shuttle was a blessing. Only poir part, lousy coffee. Breakfast standard options but decent.
