Great to be back here , the rooms have had an upgrade which is nice ! Amazing views ! Staff are lovely ! The breakfast is really good but I wouldn’t bother with Lunch , not very good at all - avoid !

Hotel met hele ruime kamers en goede service wat betreft schoonmaak en handdoeken, zelfs voor het zwembad of voor de spa. Mooi uitzicht iedere morgen tijdens het ontbijt op de aangrenzende golfbaan. Leuke inrichting en een super fijn matras om op te slapen. Vriendelijk personeel. Echt een fijn verblijf gehad hier.

Het hotel is aan het renoveren er elke dag wordt je om 08.00 uur wakker gemaakt door bouwvakkers die de hele dag een vreselijke herrie maken met drilboren en machines tot zeker 17.00 uur. Het hotel heeft hier niets over gemeld en biedt ook geen compensatie aan wegens ernstig verminderd comfort.

Een perfecte setting weg van de drukte van het centrum en toch in de directe omgeving, een aardig personeel dat altijd klaar staat om je met een glimlach te helpen. Een uitstekende keuze!

Outdated hotel. Guests from the restaurant next to the hotel look straight into your bedroom and living room. The stairs to the restaurant are one meter from your bedroom window. No privacy at all. Construction work almost in the room. Nowhere to sit outside. The pictures say it all. Don’t take room number 220! You will be tucked away in a corner and have a horrible holiday! Above all - although there are other rooms free - they charge amounts to change the room. Very unpleasant staff only talk about the rules. If you like a spa wellness - be aware it is more like a pool to play with clothes on. All in one. Worst experience in a hotel ever. Totally unexpected.

Nice hotel with peaceful athmosphere. Excellent views to Golf course and to Maspalomas. Good size of pool and nice spa area.

There was of course no mentioning that during my stay there was construction with up to 5 workers building a concrete wall at the front - sledgehammers included - when complaining the hotel offered a 10 percent discount for NEXT stay - overall a pleasant hotel with mediocre service and mediocre food - bad WiFi depending on room location. Very aggressive guest from Switzerland attacked me verbally and almost physically when I tried to walk around the construction site and walked on the lawn in front of her ground floor terrace to get to my room.

I have stayed at this hotel before and it was very good but since Bull have taken over the standards have gone down significantly. The breakfast is horrible. Cheeses are sweaty and some are dried out clearly being reused from the previous day. Fruit is not very fresh, omelettes are under cooked. Coffee at the breakfast bar is not worth drinking if you like a nice coffee, if you just want caffeine then it’s fine. The gym is not air conditioned so it is almost impossible to train unless you want heat stroke and dehydration. They provide two coffee pods in your room on arrival but do not replenish this throughout the holiday, you have to buy more from reception at extortionate prices (note: the Spar down the road sells them much cheaper). Even in the cheapest of hotels they replenish your coffee every morning and this is supposed to be 4 star. The pillows smell really dirty as do the beach towels. The hotel was carrying out some plumbing work and we had brown water for days. When the showers aren’t squirting brown rusty water they are intermittently hot and then cold. There seems to be electrical problems as our lights are continuously flickering. At least the spa is included in the price but it isn’t the best and you certainly wouldn’t pay to use it. To try and offer some sort of positive feedback, the pool area is nice and the loungers are comfortable.
