The restaurant shuts at 10.30pm not 11.30pm as the front desk advised on arrival so we spent a late evening searching for food in town after a long and tiring journey. Second day there we were told food prep time was 45 minutes for a simple risotto side to the main dish. Suggesting an alternative simple veg side which was on the menu as part of another dish.- we were told we couldn’t have unless we paid 20% more! The pool is about 5 ms long so don’t be fooled by the pics - you can’t swim in it

Experiência incrível. Mesmo com toda a situação muito difícil que passa o estado do RS em logística e humanitária. Decidimos antecipadamente a tragedia de realizar a reserva neste Hotel conceituado na região por motivo de celebração de aniversário. Passamos um fim de semana maravilhoso no Hotel Laghetto Chateau que possui excelente localização em Gramado. Todo o staff é super atencioso e dedicado. Café da manhã de qualidade ímpar. O espaço kids é sensacional. Espaçoso e completo. Enfim, toda a experiência é valiosa do início ao fim. Recomendamos a todos esta experiência. E esperamos retornar em breve.

Hotel supera as expectativas. O Atendimento de todos do hotel é fantástico. CAFÉ da manhã e Restaurante são formidáveis. E a vista do hotel é de tirar o fôlego. Roupas de cama e banho de excelente padrão e a banheira com hidromassagem foi top!!

Não tem como descrever como é bom só pela avaliação! Precisa experimentar por conta própria essa experiência tão inesquecível! Cada detalhe do nosso tempo no Laghetto Château foi perfeito! Não tenho uma reclamação! Só lembranças boas que vão nos acompanhar pro resto da vida!!

Um hotel digno de 5 estrelas, alto padrão de excelência, elegante, tudo de qualidade, quartos espaçosos 41mts2, modernos, boa ducha, boa banheira de hidromassagem. café da manhã é um espetáculo de delicadeza, tudo tão lindo que dá dó de comer … e tudo muito delicioso Ficamos encantados com a simpatia de todos, especialmente da Josi, Caroline, Sarah e do restaurante o Erick e Cristian Hotel muito romântico, ouso dizer que é ideal para casal. Já na chegada somos recebidos com uma taça de espumante. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo ao centro da cidade e com uma vista lindíssima do vale. Recomendo os quartos com vista do vale, é 🔝 Ponto negativo: Cheiro de fumaça das lareiras. Falta de gancho, cabideiro para pendurar roupão A temperatura tanto da piscina principal, quanto das piscinas menores, estavam frias, não deveria ultrapassar 23°… isso é climatizado e não aquecido
