Very cute hotel near downtown Gramado. Employees are very kind, patient, and friendly. Room was very clean, but also very small. Since we were out and about a lot the small room didn't matter too much, but I was surprised how small it was. Shower was nice with good water pressure.
I would stay here again easily especially for the comfortable bed, nice shower, and wonderful people that work there.

O hotel é um lugar tranquilo,cheiroso,café da manhã é bem simples. Não gostei do serviço de limpeza do quarto,limpam apenas o cômodo,não trocam as roupas de cama. A moça recepcionista muito simpática assim como a moça do café.Senti falta de um cafezinho a tarde.

Hotel super aconchegante, café da manhã sensacional e funcionários super educados, quartos são bem confortáveis, super recomendo o hotel para quem quer tranquilidade e passar férias. Ah, fica no centro então é simples conseguir um Uber ou táxi pois a localização ajuda

O hotel tem charme e aconchego, além de boa localização. O café da manhã tem variedade de ítens, os funcionários são simpáticos, possui garagem gratuita pros hóspedes, tem uma boa área externa, sala de jogos, os quartos são espaçosos e o que eu fiquei tinha lareira. Está mal conservado, pisos arranhados, desgastados, móveis estofados e descascando, mas nada que torne a hospedagem ruim. O valor da diária condiz com é entregue.

Fiquei sem Agua quente no quarto para tomar banho pois o hotel não tinha instalações para atender todos os hóspedes ao mesmo tempo. Reclamei com a Recepcao e a resposta foi que é assim mesmo. Não recomendo o hotel. Existem outros melhores com o mesmo preço.

Uma ótima experiência tivemos nesse hotel charmoso! O quarto que ficamos era maravilhoso, muito lindinho, dentro dele tinha mais um outro quarto pra ficar separado da outra pessoa que fui (minha mãe), uma gracinha, todo decorado no estilo provencal francês. Amei muito! A localização dele é excelente, pois fica na rua atrás da principal, que é a Borges de Medeiros. Daria até pra ir a pé pro centro. Simplesmente maravilhoso!

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Pétit Provence Hotel. O hotel é muito agradável, os funcionários atenciosos, educados e prestativos. O café da manhã muito bom. Roupa de cama impecável e colchão maravilhoso. Já no quesito banho, as toalhas brancas já estão na hora de serem substituídas por novas… são muito finas e estão meio encardidas. O banheiro também está precisando de um olhar mais atento pelos administradores, o assento do vaso é de um plástico acolchoado de má qualidade, não condizente com o hotel. Os metais estão oxidados e faltando partes e o chuveiro precisa ser limpo pois a água cai para todo lado menos em cima de você! Voltarei em breve com certeza na esperança que já tenham observado as sugestões.
