The hotel is brand new and very beautiful. The staff especially Mr. Umberto were very helpful during our stay. The room is comfortable and the bed is large and it is very good. The location is very good because it is close to the attractions but quiet.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel is very calm. The breakfast is very complete, with various cold options and warm options can be requested from the kitchen. The price is fair! The staff is also very friendly.

Welcome drink upon check-in. Sparkling wine was refreshing and delicious. Friendly staff, very comfy room. Silent and relaxing night to enjoy the city afterwards. Breakfast was fresh with hot options. Amazing Benedictine eggs!

The hotel is super nice. Brand new place, very warm shower, comfortable bed with high quality bedding. A great breakfast with exquisite options of cheese and ham, delicious cake and bread. Very warming staff. The ambience is very quiet and the welcome drink made us feel like a Greta experience was about to start, which indeed happened.

Um hotel distinto. Não é uma hospedagem - é uma experiência. A construção e decoração são primorosos, remetem a vanguarda. Foge ao tradicional e esbanja requinte. O café da manhã é personalizado e de excelente qualidade. Por fim , o mais importante, os funcionários são muito bem preparados e denotam elevado intelecto. Parabéns , voltarei inúmeras outras vezes!

O hotel é novo, muito bonito e o atendimento é excelente. O café da manhã é gostoso e é perfeito não ter horário de término. A cama é muito confortável e o banho excelente. Algumas poucas coisas que eu tinha expectativa e não foram atendidas. Primeiro, apesar das toalhas e roupas de cama serem maravilhosas, senti falta de roupão e pantufas. Segundo, o hotel poderia oferecer água sem custo nos quartos. Terceiro, o hotel oferece apenas canais abertos na televisão. Quarto, a máquina de cafés estava estragada no café da manhã, não tendo a opção de cappuccino. E por último, o isolamento acústico é ruim. Todas essas colocações são apenas ideias que poderiam ser melhoradas pois já estive hospedada em hotéis com esses serviços e foi bacana, mas reforço que não interferiram na boa experiência que tivemos.

Já ficamos em outros hotéis em Gramado e essa foi a primeira vez no 249 Design e sem dúvidas foi um dos melhores hotéis que já ficamos. O hotel é novo e muito bonito, possui uma localização próxima ao centro e está localizado em uma rua bem tranquila. Na recepção eles já oferecem espumante de boas vindas e no check out dão de presente um kit de boa viagem. O café da manhã é muito gostoso e não possui horário para encerrar. Equipe do hotel muito bem treinados e educados, principalmente o atendimento do Jair que foi excepcional. Voltaremos outras vezes com certeza!

Hotel com serviço impecável, staff superatencioso, quartos limpos, confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho ótimas, café da manhã delicioso, próximo do centro e, ao mesmo tempo, silencioso. Preço justo. Super recomendo! Retornaremos, com certeza!

Foi uma experiencia maravilhosa!! O Hotel é perfeito, próximo ao centro fizemos tudo a pé, uma localização super tranquila. Equipe do hotel é fantástica! Nos receberam como se estivéssemos em casa, todos muito amáveis e solicitos. O café da manha é divino, comemos croque madame e ovos Benedict deliciosos! O quarto não é grande (ficamos em um com sacada)mas como a intenção era passear o dia todo e só dormir no hotel, entao foi perfeito!!!Já recomendamos para todos nossos amigos e logo mais estaremos de volta! Não perca tempo procurando, o 249 é o hotel perfeito para Gramado.Muito obrigada ao Sr Humberto e toda a equipe.
