Independent chalet for personal use - Location: Car-free area of Grächen (1,600 m above sea level), unobstructed views of the surrounding 4000m-high mountains, 600m to the village square, post office and bus station, 100m to Europaweg, restaurants, shops, bakery 400m away, several children's play areas in the vicinity. Features: First floor: Cosy living room with open fireplace, satellite TV, home entertainment, CD, DVD, Blu-ray player, iPod / iPhone docking station. First floor: Dining area for 6 persons. First floor: Open plan, fully equipped, new kitchen with ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, fondue sets (Chinois, cheese), coffee maker, toaster and kettle. First floor: Toilet with washbasins. First floor: Surrounding patio with gas grill and seating. Ground floor: Large bedroom with double bed. Ground floor: Small bedroom with double bed. Ground floor: Small bedroom with bunk bed. Ground floor: Bathroom with bath tub, toilet, sink and shower. Ground floor: Front patio to the large bedroom and exit at the turnaround.
