The Oasis at Grace Bay

We had a great stay at Oasis! It was so relaxing and our Birrhday vacation was amazing! The staff was so friendly and kept everything so clean and neat. There aren’t many food options at this hotel, but it’s close-by a lot of places, which was a plus! You can even rent at a bike at the hotel and go for a ride to locL shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend Oasis at Grace Bay in TCI!

My stay at Oasis was all I hoped it would be. Many thanks to all of the gracious staff members who contributed to that! The hotel grounds were clean and well-maintained. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed from nice toiletries to robes to umbrellas. I found it quiet at night and felt very safe. I ate the majority of my meals at the hotel restaurant, Trattoria Isolana, and thought they were all very good with fresh ingredients. I loved that there was food and drink service on the beach. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a golf cart shuttle to the beach. There is a cut-through pedestrian route to the beach. Admittedly it is not at all scenic (through an unpaved parking lot, past dumpsters, lots of trash), but it is truly only 3 minutes and came in handy for the mornings I wanted to walk on the beach at sunrise before the shuttle started. There are plenty of chairs & umbrellas. I took advantage of the yoga and massage amenities. There is a lovely yoga area nestled in a grove of palm trees. It is right next to the parking lots, so not completely quiet. Yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters are provided. I also found a yoga studio within a 10- minute walk of the studio, Tri-Island Yoga. The outdoor massage area was very nice with a wonderful breeze although it too is next to the parking lot and there was some noise from cars and landscaping. I had two massages from Janessa at the Family Spa, and they were great!

The staff were amazing. On my birthday they provided a complimentary champagne and arrangement for my room I’ll definitely go here again when I go back to Turks & Caicos

This property is really nice - extremely clean, great location - loved being able to walk or ride bikes to beach and restaurants.

We loved everything about the property and especially the staff. Would love to have had a gym to work out in.

The name Oasis says it all. We had a wonderful time. Beautifully decorated and landscaped, staff went above and beyond, room was spotless and comfortable. Excellent location. Loved the golf cart shuttle to the beach, comfy beach loungers 2nd convenient food delivery and cold water dispenser. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Absolutely loved it!

I booked this resort based on reviews on ******* and search of five star hotels. However the room certainly didn't match the pictures as it was old and dated. There are no amenities like pool bar and to get to the beach you had to catch a shuttle or walk through an unpaved parking lot, use another resorts bathroom while there and wait an hour for food delivery to the beach. Staff were friendly.

We stayed at the hotel family of 4 during New Year break. Overall hotel is OK. Beds are very comfortable. Cotton sheets. Comfy pillows. comfy blanket. AC works great & quiet. Nice balcony with comfortable sofa. They do great job cleaning rooms every day. Good shower ( standing). It was hard to keep the glass sliding door into the shower fully closed in both room . Out teen kids stayed in a separate room. Rooms are not big but enough. TV works with Netflix. Restaurant food at the hotel is great! you can borrow electic bikes and regular bikes ( that don't work as well). We did not like the pool ( water was cold). There is no store to buy anything near the hotel. There are no snacks, or water in the room. Customer service is not doing much. they can help with questions or get the taxi but thats about it. The minus - the hotel is not on the beach and you have to either walk for 7-10m or take small golf cart. Ordering food at the beach takes a bit of time. Overall we like it. For us staying on the beach is a huge plus. If money is not an issue we would do it next time. Having more than one place to eat at is a huge plus. Oasis has one small restaurant.
