Отель соответствует своему уровню, единственная трудность это логистика из-за больших размеров. Очень запутано и много времени на переходы ( номер- ресторан- - море - тенис…)

Groot hotel, te groot zelfs, is meer een dorp. Market in het hotel zijn bedriegers. Om een luchtmatras te laten opblazen vroegen ze 30 euro!!! Market buiten het hotel deed het gratis. Het restaurant is gelijk eten in Ikea. Meeste personeel niet vriendelijk. Deze hotel is echt geen 5* waard!

Al vele malen verbleven in het hotel maar het is nog verbeterd. Het hotel is aan het renoveren. Iedere winter is er een stuk gerenoveerd. We kregen een upgrade naar de marine suite echt wow. Wat een kamer met een uitzicht. De à la carte restaurants waren top. De service was echt zeer goed met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het nieuwe marine gedeelte is gewoon af. Zelhia de guest relation manager heeft ons zeer goed begeleid tijdens ons verblijf waarvoor een dikke pluim. De Spa was ook een aanrader. Goede massages en zeer net en verzorgd allemaal.

Zeer goed hotel met prima service. Alles goed schoon en nette geust relations met Ertan Giray! Bediening is super, geen handdoeken nodig, kun je overal lenen zonder kaartjes. In de koele avonden krijg je een fleece dekentje als je wil.

- Gebrekkige kennis van Engels. Zeer moeilijk communiceren. Het begint al aan de receptie, en gaat door aan de kinderclub, het restaurant, de bars, met herhaaldelijk foute bestellingen. - Achteruit geschoven als klant als je geen Turks of Russisch spreekt - Er zijn veel Russen in het hotel, maar waar deze vroeger minder gemanierd waren, is dit nu wel het geval. Het personeel gedraagt zich arroganter dan de klanten. Toch de helft van het personeel. In de kinderclub zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig ondanks taalbarriere - Zodra je iets extra wil kost het je geld. VB. Transfer + ingang land of legendes gratis. Dranken en eten betalend. VB à la carte restaurants. Watersporten… Dit wordt wel overal goed aangegeven en wisten wij op voorhand. - Wij sliepen met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen in een kamer in het hoofdgebouw. Er was voldoende plaats. Toch is de kamer enorm verouderd en kan ze eens een opfrisbeurt gebruiken - kuisen kamer. Steevast 3 handdoeken terwijl we met 4 zijn. Geen aanvulling van douchegel en shampoo. Voor alles bellen naar de receptie en dan kwam het wel in orde. - Bij inchecken wordt verwezen naar de app. Werkt niet, althans niet voor Europeanen! Als ik er naar vroeg aan de receptie moest ik de dag erna maar terugkomen als er iemand van IT was. - Enorm groot resort, gevoel dat buffetrestaurant dit niet altijd aankon. Het was er zeer druk bij momenten. Geen plaats om te zitten. - Positief: Kwaliteit eten, zeer goed, vers, verzorgd, enorm veel keuze. - Negatief: Communicatie met personeel wat zorgt voor een verminderde vakantie beleving

I would like to thank the Rixos World Class Team, namely Angelina, Eleonora, Obi, Gregory for their professionalism. Kangoo jumping and sup absolute love. In general, activity suits tastes, everyone will find something to do. Special thanks to the Receptionist Abdul, who listened to us, took into account our wishes and found a wonderful room in the new building. If you are coming to find fault with the food, with outdated rooms, then this is not the place for you. we come for the positive. We will definitely be back in May.

I informed hotel Rixos in advance of my visit and asked a number of questions in the letter. I was answered very quickly and all wishes were taken into account. 👌 For what a special thanks to ms. Gunay Altun. We arrived early in the morning, the transfer was decent. At reception we were quickly checked in and invited to breakfast. After breakfast we were given a room. Not at 2pm but much earlier. This is the right attitude of the hotel to its guests🌼 This is not the first time we are guests of Rixos chain. And we are grateful to the management that for 20 years you keep good quality.👏🏻 Our room is located in a quiet part of the new buildings. Nice quiet Teritorium. We will probably ask for this building next time. At Sungate, the World Class instructors are wonderful. Attentive and demanding they will teach you during group classes yoga, jumps, and much more. The food is pleasant. Cleanliness in the room is normal. A la carte restaurants I recommend definitely.🫶🏻 If there will be questions ready to answer 🙂. Including about the bar, where you will prepare the most delicious drinks😉😁. I recommend this hotel ☀️☀️☀️

The hotel was very nice and we had wonderful time with our friends. The rooms are good but the most important thing there were a great team helping us. Miss Melike and Mr. Fatih Çelik did a perfect job, they helped us in every situation. Also we have visited the Teppenyaki Restaurant and Mert Chef served the most delicious seafood, meats and deserts. Great time with great staff, looking forward to come again!

This hotel is fantastic! Out of this world for children... my son loved every minute the kids club is next level from daily painting, learning instruments, making things and the lego workshops! The staff here are really friendly and the GM is professional and has amazing customer service skills. We would return to this hotel tomo - thank you :)
