Great staff, lovely rooms. Fantastic location, overlooking the train station so request a room on the other side if this will bother you. Very accommodating when we needed a super early breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was phenomenal, best breakfast I’ve ever seen at a hotel! One of our rooms was not ideal, but the staff was very kind and helpful in providing another room for us, and it was superb! We would very definitely stay here again.

Friendly stuff, amazing breakfast! Very close to the main station and the city centre.
I especially loved the attentions they give to sustainability.
I recommend it to everyone!

I did request a Daily cleaning service which was met with a certain reluctance…House keeping only changed the towels and made the bed.No cleaning of bathroom or emptying of dustbins.Poor performance and in so contrary to the rest of the hotel service!

Nice stay, right next to the railroad, so you hear trains, if you have the window open. Comfortable bed, no fridge. Very nice staff

We stayed for 3 days for leisure, staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the train station, city center. The room was very big ang comfy. Breakfast was good and has many foods to choose.

Had an amazingly warm and friendly welcome and was checked in early. The room was comfortable and despite being right opposite the lift, surprisingly quiet (apart from the cleaner banging around in the cleaning room next door and waking me much earlier than planned!)
Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and very tasty.
