酒店為卡帕多奇亞特的洞穴風格，屋內空氣清新，整體環境清新自然，地理位置優越，離sunset point大概兩分鐘路程，有免費泳池和桑拿可以用，離格雷梅其他地方基本5-10分鐘可到，前台24小時應答，lobby有免費土耳其茶和咖啡，服務非常熱情，非常推薦！

這家酒店最深的印象就是服務特別好，酒店人員是發自內心的對客户的尊重和照顧，非常好的體驗。
酒店設施也不錯。

Osman and gokhan both served us in The Grape Restaurant for our stay/ breakfasts. Very attentive and was always anticipating our needs. We stayed 3 nites at the Imperial Cave and SPA hotel. We highly recommend this beauty to anyone that wants a beautiful experience.

Outstanding hotel and staff. We have to single out Hakam who went above and beyond for us. He is truly an ambassador of excellence; we honestly had the best service of our lives. If you want a cast iron guarantee of a superb, luxurious place to stay with incredible staff, then book here with 100% confidence. Full of character, really, really clean, beautiful location and stunning spa. Absolutely the best you will find in Cappadocia!

I was there the place is perfect , hakan is a good man he is the best . Go there and ask for hakan , the hotel is so clean people are kind , i will be back here next year , remember the name hakan
