Great experience. Fantastic family holiday. A great setting only 30 min. from the airport. Hotel is located on the beach. Food and service high quality. Rooms are specious and very comfortable. Staff is great and thanks for all their effort and close attention.

The rooms are slightly worn out. The hotel staff looks friendly however they all require training to understand and cope with their customer expectations.there is no designated hotel manager around who is engaging with customer on daily basis. their breakfast buffet is average in terms of food and beverage choices. Overall, I would say It's good value for money.

The hotel is a great location with a cozy architecture and very friendly staff, however the rooms are in incredibly poor condition. First of all the size is exactly a double bed fit. There is only one foot around the bed and there is this nonfunctional thick shelf on top of the bed that makes you worry if it would fall on your head. There is no spot to put youe luggage in the room. The shower was dirty when we got the room. Also the shower head was broken, the toilet flush was running water all the time. The breakfast service was a chaos. In summary, great location and staff but the amenities need a major improvement, and there are many better options in the same bay for a cheaper price.

The rooms didn’t have a night stand. Instead they had a useless shelf above the bed. My daughter and I hit our heads many times trying to lay down and I can’t even imagine how a taller person would manage around it. The sink area was tiny and barely enough for a toothbrush and toothpaste. They should consider to change the set up in their rooms.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü,hizmet çok iyi,kahvaltısı açık büfe ***et yeterliydi,odamız her gün temizlendi ,konum ve deniz olarak zaten harika,keyifli bir tatil geçirdik ve ağustos ayında yine gitmeyi planladık.normal ve apart odaları mevcut.

Apart’ta kaldik. Herkes cok yardimci oldu. Tum sorularimiza hemen cevap aldik. Ozellikle bize destek olan Sila’ya buradan bir kez daha tesekkur etmek istiyorum. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Kizimiz da cok rahat etti , kumsala erisim cok kolay ve yakin.

Oda çok küçük. Bir su koymak bile zor gelmiş. Duş tıkanıyor sular içinde duş alıyorsun. Bir gün housekeeping odaya daldı delirdik ve küçük bür özürle geçiştirdiler. Restoran işletmesi her sene başka firmaya verliyormuş. Yani standartı yok. Pet Friendly otel tamam ama her yerde hayvanların pislikleri var çimlerde, sabah kesin havlamayla uyanıyorsun. Ne şikayette bulunsam öylesine dinledirler anlayacağınız umursamıyorlar da. Kahvaltı vasat altı. 2-3 parça peynir domates , karpuz vb. Her gün aynı. Pandemi demişler de pandemi ile masaya verlecek kahvaltının ilgisi olamaz. Bu seneki restoran çok iyiydi umarım seneye kalırlar haketmişler.

Balkonlu deniz kenarı suit oda kiraladım. Gittiğimde bana balkonsuz deniz kenarı olmayan oda verdiler. Pencereyi çok açarsam balkon gibi olacağını söylediler. İtirazım üzerine 3 gece kakdıktan sonra deniz kenarı balkonlu odaya aldılar. Yeri ve denizi çok güzel olmasına rağmen. Restaurant işletmecisi Rahmi bey çok iyi olmasına rağmen otelden, tutumlarından ve elemanlarından hiç memnun kalmadık...
