Very nice and clean hotel with good locations. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good selections of breakfast with complimentary boiled rice in the evening. Free airport transfer with advance booking. Highly recomended.

Excellent hotel and customer service. We arrived early morning and got in our room more or less straight away. The girl at the front desk did a great job and gave us a lift to the station as well as some free local tea. Great halal restaurant next door too. Excellent choice for Golmud! Highly recommend! Also due to her help we had the energy to go to Qarkan lake, thanks!

Er is een parkeerplaats in de achtertuin, wat handig is om te parkeren. De geluidsisolatie van de kamer is redelijk goed. Er verblijven behoorlijk wat gasten, maar het lawaai is niet storend. De dame die de kamer schoonmaakt is erg aardig en enthousiast. Ze gaf me een extra fles water voor mijn langere verblijf en hielp me de deur te openen. Er zijn veel autowasstraten naast het hotel, wat handig is om de auto te wassen na terugkomst van National Highway 109.

Dit is een van de beste kwaliteitsopties in Golmud (er zijn niet veel). De kamer was ruime en schoon. Het ontbijt was goed. Helaas was de dienst zeer slecht - er waren geen USB-poorten in de kamer en het hotel was onbehulpzaam - het leek onwil of onmogelijk om een oplossing te bieden. De “kamerservice” is eigenlijk een uitstapje van buiten het hotel geleverde voedsel, maar er werden geen snijmachines/haakpijpen geleverd. Toen we het hotel vroegen om wat te leveren, duurde het bijna 20 minuten om te komen (langer dan het eten zelf), op welke tijd het eten koud werd. We moesten herhaaldelijk om voldoende drinkwater vragen, omdat er slechts twee kleine flessen voor twee mensen zijn geleverd. Naast de slechte dienst is het hotel in een vreemde locatie, omgeven door gesloten winkels en gebouwen - nergens in de buurt van het commerciële centrum van de stad - met niets binnen lopende afstand. Met het juiste beheer kan het een uitstekende hotel zijn, maar het is momenteel niet erg.

The bedding of the twin bed is soft and tidy, and the zero-pressure mattress is used. The hardness is moderate, and the fatigue when lying on it will dissipate instantly. The quality of sleep at night is particularly good. The room is equipped with smart air conditioning, convenient temperature adjustment, no matter the weather can maintain a comfortable room temperature. The separate bathroom is designed to separate dry and wet, clean and tidy without odor, the bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water supply is stable and the water output is large, and the washing experience is very comfortable. In addition, the room is also equipped with basic daily necessities, neatly arranged, easy to use, really exquisite and practical. The most surprising thing is the view of the room. Open the tent door and the beautiful beach and lake water to drink tea in the sunset, watching the sun slowly fall, the stars and moon are really wonderful. The service is also impeccable, the staff is warm and intimate throughout the photo did not say back, by the way, turn around. Check-in is efficient and fast, and the staff will patiently explain the use of room facilities and surrounding play suggestions. There is any demand during the stay, the response is very timely, the service attitude is gentle and friendly, and people feel very kind. 入住體驗非常糟糕。最初給的8509房間一進門就是一股明顯的悶酸味，窗户無法打開，前台解釋為“消防要求”，但空調開了一兩個小時味道依然散不掉。隨後下樓要求換房，換到二樓後發現窗户可以正常打開，房間也基本沒有異味。 離譜的是第二天早上九點多，我還在睡夢中，酒店突然來電，稱五樓垃圾桶損壞，並直接認定需要由我賠償。整個溝通過程中，對方態度強硬，衹因為垃圾桶裏有我的冰淇淋包裝，就認定是我“弄壞”的。我當即表示疑問：正常丟棄垃圾屬於合理使用，我在五樓僅停留一兩個小時，也未對垃圾桶進行任何暴力或不當操作，垃圾桶如何會因此損壞？即便垃圾桶是在我入住期間出現問題，衹要是在正常使用情況下損壞，也理應屬於設施老化或質量問題，而不該無理由轉嫁給住客。酒店作為經營方，本應有基礎的設施維護和報損更新機制，而不是在毫無證據的情況下打電話騷擾住客、強行索賠。整體處理方式極不專業，也嚴重影響入住體驗。 本來就惱火，求開發票硬是開了一個星期才開出來，不催估計直接不開了，給箇中評，望酒店吸取教訓

第一次過年來大西北，想不到這酒店過年的氣氛還很濃郁，大堂有民族服飾可以試穿拍照打卡，還挺出片的呢，也是我第一次嘗試穿名族服飾，很漂亮，本人不上相就不配照片啦😜 其他朋友入住他們家都可以嘗試一下噢 前台值班經理也很熱情，一直幫我整理衣服，凹造型，房間也很安靜乾淨，服務也很好，真的很推薦這家酒店。對了，還順便打卡了生命樹繪畫牆，最近這部劇還挺火的，總之是次非常不錯的體驗。

Het hotel deelt een parkeerplaats met andere winkels in de buurt, maar gelukkig gebruikt dit hotel kegelvaten om parkeerplaatsen te reserveren, en de prijs is laag, wat een voordeel is. Maar laat me de tekortkomingen bespreken: allereerst denk ik dat het eigenlijk een City Convenience Hotel is dat de samenwerking heeft beëindigd, dus het heeft de naam veranderd in ”Chengshi” en de uniforme kwaliteitscontrole verloren. Dit heeft geleid tot problemen zoals vervormde ramen en slechte hygiëne. Bovendien is de wasruimte eigenlijk slechts decoratie, omdat er een halve emmer ranzig zuur water in de ene wasmachine staat en de deur van de andere niet open kan. Er hangt een vieze geur in de gleuf voor het wasmiddel. Het hotel heeft echter de prijzen niet verhoogd tijdens de Dag van de Arbeid, wat zeer consciëntieus gedrag is. Daarom geef ik het geen erg lage score. Als je geen hoge eisen stelt aan bovenstaande situatie, kun je het nog steeds proberen.
