Location was great but house keeping pretty average.

The spa was even colder than the swimming pool. The property is challenging to access given the one way traffic on the main road. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed new and poorly trained and weren't forthcoming with relevant information (such as Wi-Fi passwords). On a plus side, it's quiet, and we got a good night's sleep, which when it all comes down to it, that's why you're there, isn't it? Wouldn't recommend, but wouldn't avoid either.

Was a wonderful stay and would stay again. The pool and spa was just beautiful and refreshing

Had a spider fall on me when I was about to go to sleep then couldn't find it so I was awake all night the spa and pool were filthy the bed was comfortable and room was okay my breakfast was brought to my room and left outside after they tried calling me which I couldn't pickup due to a back injury

When checking in it felt like I was interrupting the staff as the interaction was very cold and brief.
Main area of room looked clean and neat but the timber wall around the hand basin was really dirty and the toilet ran all night. Very dated in there fixtures in the rooms.

The pillow has bad smell, the water pumper ran all night, only one chair in a family room.

Beds were comfortable and staff gave us suggestions for dinner and breakfast which were brilliant. Will be happy to stay there again
