This was our second stay at this hotel. And even though this time we stayed in the concept zone, it seems that the quality has dropped a bit compared to last year. Things we thought got worse: 1. There is more food, but it is often cold and less refined. Last year everything was hot and every meal was like from the best restaurant. 2. even on the concept terrace there is sometimes no deckchair or umbrella. The beach can also be crowded. It would be great if at least part of the beach was non-smoking. 3. The indoor pool is so hot that bathing in it is downright unpleasant. But apart from that, it's still the best hotel we've stayed in Bulgaria. The location, cleanliness, size of the rooms - all this makes for a great rest. We especially appreciate the quality of service and the fact that we see the same people working there every year - which means that they also feel well there.

Our third visit at Encanto. I felt an improvement in the food and drinks compared to our previous visits. Still a very clean and cosy hotel with hard working staff. Only 4 stars out of 5 because the price is the same as a 5 stars top rated hotel in Belek but still the quality is not the same. In the gym half of the machines didn’t work, half of the dumbells disappeared in our last day there. The infinity pool is awesome but way too cold. The sunbeds at the beach are definitely insufficient.

Everything perfect, very kind staff, cleanliness in the hotel, the room refreshed daily Friendly and professional bartenders and waiters, the food very good and diverse, every day something new. We will definitely come back!!! I highly recommend to all families who want to try something super nice!!!

I had the best time at Griffid Encanto !! The level of service was above and beyond my expectation...having worked in 5* hotel for several years in London, that says a lot ! Everyone is so kind and always give the best service with a big smile. The bedroom was spaceful and clean, always warm water in the shower and good pressure. The drinks in the different bars are very tasteful, the main restaurant offers diverse choices for all taste, even vegan and healthy options. The seats on the terrace outside offers beautiful view on the sea.The spa is a little gem...a huge swimming pool with warm water, sauna, steam room...so relaxing. I booked the relax massage done by Tanya and it was perfect, I tend to be very tense in the neck and shoulders area and she has done some magic !! The sandy beach is lovely as well with the beach bar at hand to get beverages and food. And finally, the infinity pool !! I am out of words...this is definitely the treasure of this hotel...the view from there is speechless!! I did not had a dip though as 15° is too cold for me unfortunately, but I could spend hours there just enjoying the view with a drink listening at the sounds of the wave. My only regret aboit my stay is that I could not stay longer A big shout out to everyone working at the hotel for your amazing service particularly Gabriella at reception for always answering my questions with a big smile and kindness, Dylan (Didi) at animation team and Tanya at Spa for the amazing massage. Will definitely come back for a longer stay this time.

We had a very pleasent stay at Encanto Beach. The food is not very diverse but it is tasteful, the beverages are very good and the serving in the lobby bar is perfect. There aren't many facilities for kids but the hotel is really nice for couples. The only displeasure that I encountered is related to the front desk receptionist that should have helped us with the check in but fortunately the manager stepped in and solved the problem swiftly.

We choose Grifid Encanto beach hotel for our vacation four times already. Because of the hotel itself, because of the friendly staff working there, because of the view of the room (a concept room). I recommend it!

We have had a lovely 4 days stay here last spring and we have already booked another stay for this one. We've had the Concept room, which in my opinion, was worth the extra charge since we got a high floor sea view room, a special roof top a la carte breakfast, free acces for cocktails at the roof top terrace at night, designated acces to the jacuzzi terrace and a separate beach sun beds area with wooden sun beds. We mainly went for the sauna and spa area which was lovely and not crowded at all. The main buffet was good enough for a 4 days stay, I cannot say if the courses vary or are repeated over a longer stay, but for us it was varied enough. We also had a la carte dinner at the beach restaurant and I have to say it was great. The only negative point I would have to mention is that the bed was not a king one and the two separate beds, although placed one next to the other, made sleeping somewhat less than comfortable. All and all, hoping that the service standards will be maintained, we are looking forward to our return.

We stayed at Grifid Encanto for a week and it was perfect. But of the many things we got to enjoy during our stay, nothing compared to the Gala Evening, that consisted of a fancy dinner followed by IVAILO KOLEV’s powerful and intriguing performance. It was by far our favorite show. With his wonderful singing, charisma and energetic dancing, he managed to entertain people of all age. We’re looking forward to seeing him again next time we visit Encanto! Elise and Angelina

The restaurant meniu is not diversify, we eat everyday almost the same thing. The cereals are the worst i ve ever eat in my life. The kids pool water is too cold, not so smart… even the sea was better
