Ontvangst in het hotel was goed, men sprak aan de receptie Duits en Engels. Je kon er ook op een snelle en veilige manier geld wisselen. Hotel zag en mooi, schoon en gezellig uit. Schone toiletgroepen beneden in het hotel. Vriendelijk personeel in de pianobar. De kamer die we hadden was erg groot, met 2 airco's, 2 toiletten, aparte woon en slaapkamer + Badkamer. Balkon was heel groot met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee en het feestgedruis in de avond. Kamers werden netjes schoon gehouden en het beddengoed werd iedere dag verschoond. Vanuit de slaapkamer een mooi uitzicht op de ondergaande en opkomende zon. Onze kamer was wel vrij gehorig, iedere avond de herrie van de Muziekboxen op het strand. Maar hier ben je snel aan gewend Het eten was goed, ook mogelijkheid om lekker buiten te eten. je moet er dan wel redelijk snel bij zijn voordat de Roemeense families alle tafels aan elkaar beginnen te schuiven. Denken dat ze wdb. alleen op de wereld zijn. Dit Zou het hotel eigenlijk niet toe moeten staan. In de eetzaal staan grote tafels waar ze met de hele fam. kunnen eten. Op een paar min. loop afstand van alle winkeltjes en het strand. Er is volop bedrijvigheid. Veel barretjes en gezellige eettentjes. Strand is mooi en schoon, stand bedjes voor 2 personen met kussens en parasol kost al gauw 18euro per dag. Vind ik persoonlijk flink aan de prijs. Het zwembad aan het hotel zelf ziet er ook netjes en gezellig uit, daar zijn uiteraard de bedjes en kussentjes gratis. Er zijn waren weinig Nederlanders te vinden, merendeel is Duits en Romees. Mensen waar je overigens verder weinig last van hebt. Zeker voor de jeugd is het er een walhalla, Bier, alcohol en eten gewoon nog lekker goedkoop. Beetje vergelijkbaar met Sunny Beach qua levendigheid in de avond. Al met al voor de zesde keer in Bulgarije en weer een mooie vakantie gehad, Leuk om ook golden Sands en Varna een keertje gezien te hebben. Maar volgende keer wordt het een iets rustigere locatie!

We had a wonderful 2 room apar**ent with gorgeous view to the sea and pools. It's so charging to open your eyes in the morning and the first thing you see is the sunrise over the see. The food and animation were good. We had some fun even after the evening animation was over, because there are billiards 🎱 tables. Rooms were clean and we had a very nice vacation. ☀️☀️☀️

Checked in late at night they had proved me with a cold meal in my room, free mini bar in room 2 cans of beer 2 bottle of water and 2 cartons of banana water replenish every day, every day the cleaner made the fresh towels into animals, room cleaned to high standard, 7am-11pm all inclusive, on-site dr and spa, lifeguard on duty everyday, more than enough sunloungers with optional pads for comfy sunbathing, staff all polite and helpful will defo go again, no much provision for little humans from what I saw there’s a kids pool and kids uncover area

1. The hotel has only 3 small elevators that can accommodate a maximum of one stroller, but for a family of 2 parents, two children and a stroller, this elevator is not spacious, and waiting for the elevators takes forever. 2. Would you like to go from the hotel to the pool with the baby in the stroller??? Can not!!! Since there is no ramp, only stairs, it was a pain for us to ALWAYS CARRY THE STROLLER ON THE STAIRS. If you are at the pool and want to go on the main road to reach the sea, again the same problem. Stroller, luggage, child, all carried in arms. I don't want to think about DISABLE PEOPLE in wheelchairs, HOW DO THEY GET TO THE POOL AREA in this hotel!!!! 3. Extremely large number of broken, cracked sunbeds at the pool: a danger for the whole family. 4 . At 6 p.m. a gentleman (lifeguard) whistled for us all to get out of the pool stating that the pool must be cleaned with "chemicals". How? Well, he came with a bucket of washing up liquid from which he started pouring white dust into the pool, which was swept up with a broom later that morning...into the somewhat clean pool!!! While at other hotels in the neighborhood people are still having fun at the pool. 5. Mediocre food. 6. Bad drink with no option to pay for better drinks because they don't exist. 7. "KIDS CLUB" - IS A REAL DANGER FOR CHILDREN - DESTROYED FURNITURE, MESSY (THE HOTEL WANTS TO BE FAMILY FRIENDLY - IN 6 DAYS THERE HAVE BEEN NO ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN DURING THE DAY!!!!!. 8. Mold, infiltrations and falling plaster 9. The toilets at the swimming pool are the same as in the forgotten villages (at least they have soap and paper). 10. The staff attitude is poor. Except for the cleaning lady who was always friendly and smiling and 2-3 other people the rest of the people of mediocre quality.

For a higher end hotel I did not find it very good, nearly all the staff where very rude, the food was ok we ate out most nights mainly catered for Germans, no entertainment was on the whole 2 weeks, the room was nice beds made everyday towels changed every day the cleaner stole my mama glasses and when she asked her she said she had not seen them then they appeared back on the bedside table, the poolside snacks where good pizza etc better than the evening meal to be honest, it’s uphill to the hotel or lots of steps not so great for people with mobility issues but very good area for beach and shops

My family and friends have just returned from our holiday in this hotel. Before going I was concerned as some reviews wernt great. But in our opinion it is a lovely hotel. Very clean, food can get samey but plenty of choice. The rooms are big, sofa bed was a little small though. Staff are friendly and happy to please. Wasn't many English families at this hotel but wasn't an issue for us. Beach is across the road with plenty of shops and restaurants. Would I go back???? Yes!

Just arrived back from this hotel with friends and family. After some of the reviews I was not sure what to expect but we were all very pleased. The hotel lobby is modern and clean with a nice bar area. The piano bar - snack area also nice with terrace . Every morning cleaners were working hard around the hotel and pool. The pool itself I was worried would be too small but actually worked out fine with plenty of space for what we needed , some of the loungers could do with replacing but we usually managed to get some all together- there were eight of us. The restaurant gets busy , the food was what I expected from all inclusive it was plentiful and sometimes repetitive, staff were clearing your plates as soon as you finished so nothing was left sitting next to you . We had a park view room which was clean and comfortable, trying to get two teenaged to share the sofa bed unfortunately didn’t work as it’s small so we did have to go and buy an airbed . The animation isn’t for everyone but the team are fun and friendly and by the end of the week we joined in with darts and a movie quiz which we all really enjoyed. The hotel doesn’t seem to get many English people when we were there it was mainly visitors from Germany and Romania . The beach and resort is just across the road we found a couple of nice restaurants to try and a drink on the beach in a bar , they do tend to cater for more German tastes . We would definitely go back we had a great time !

Reading the reviews before coming made me worry we had made the wrong choice. We have been here 3 days so far and everything is fine! Yes food is repetitive but always is with all inc. rooms are huge and clean with lovely view! Staff helpful, sometimes hard to have a conversation due to language barrier but that’s an ‘us problem’ not the hotel! Great location and we always manage to get a sun bed despite people being out laying towels at the crack of dawn! Great water sports available on the beach opposite - expensive as expected! If you are worried about coming here don’t be, just bring money to eat out occasionally when it gets too repetitive!

Bad food! Not enough for so many visitors. And it is not tasty. The inside pool is cold. Poor services everywhere. In the reception we couldn't find out in english all the information. Not too clean. I'll never come again. We all are disappointed. It hasn't 4 stars, not at all...
