Todo perfecto, el hotel es muy bonito, las habitaciones son muy amplias. Está situado en el centro de coral hables y con todos los servicios alrededor. El personal es muy atento. 100% recomendable

Very disappointed that we couldn’t eat breakfast on the morning we were departing. The hotel dining, our only option, said they weren’t equipped to seat any additional people! Whole line of people denied entry, said the kitchen too busy! How can that be! Only option for guests of the hotel and it wasn’t even free. Left for the airport starving! Asked if we could do take out but that would be a hour! Ridiculous! The day we checked in we couldn’t use the rooftop bar due to a private event. So annoying, and for the money not worth it. Rooms were ok, hall smelled like chorine, and our room was noisy due to metro which we had no idea it was literally next to the hotel.

Way too expensive. $95 US for breakfast, $15 for tea - they charge you $5 for each teabag!!!!! Also beware - they use a ride share called ALTO. The hotel called for a ride to the mall for us and it cost $34 US for a 5 mile ride. We got an Uber for our return trip which cost $8 US. You can get way better value for your money elsewhere. The reviews online are exaggerated regarding service and pictures of the rooms.

It’s a lovely property located conveniently near Bascom Palmer.
I believe they might have had a different chef since I made the reservation and I was slightly disappointed with the available menu.

I could not have been more disappointed. The room was underwhelming but the biggest issue was a consistent noise throughput both nights of my stay. There is nothing worse than being away on busimess and not being able to get a good nights sleep. It sounded like a construction project was being performed inside of the walls. Very disappointing for a first time visit.
