First of all, there’s an extra $100 bond you are required to pay upon check-in even if you’re just staying the night and it doesn’t get refunded straight away after you checkout. They advise that it will take up to 5 or more business days to reflect back in your bank account. There’s street parking available but good luck finding one and there is an extra cost for parking. There’s no facility in the building so you’re just paying for the room. It’s very noisy, especially in the morning due to construction sites in the building next door. The room size was decent but the setup is quite off.

Within 400m of the Glenelg beach front....so clean and large apar**ents and so well priced. The front staff were welcoming and so helpful - they made our one night stay perfect...and were happy with a slightly early checkin. Good facilities...seamless checkin...and so so friendly staff

March 2024 Here is a list of issues you may have to deal with: 1. Lights are weirdly wired. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without having the rest of the lights on. This is problematic when one is sharing the apar**ent and one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other guests staying at the apar**ents had the same issue. 2. It is stated that the apar**ent has Netflix but it does not work. When I mentioned it to the marketing girl she said she would have it looked at but no one came to the apar**ent to repair the problem. Again, other guests staying in the apar**ents had the same issue. 3. When we arrived on the 13th, there was only one tea bag instead of 2. I was sharing the room with my husband, that is not thoughtful, obviously we would have needed 2 teabags. 4. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room serviced once. I had left the tag to service the room but it was only done once. 5. On the Saturday our room was finally serviced but they did not replenish the toilet paper and we were left with none which meant we had to purchase toilet paper as there was no one in reception. If conveniences and service isn't important to you then by all means stay here. The apar**ents are just off the main road that have lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apar**ents are brand new, fresh, clean and modern. The staff are helpful and listen to concerns you may have. Read less Tip: An apt description for this place is Location, Location, Location. The apar**ents are brand new so they are clean, fresh & modern.

Great location, within walking distance to beach, transport and food. Room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed for two nights last week and there’s not much to dislike about this place! The location couldn’t be better, right amongst all the attractions, restaurants, beach, pier and public transport. You can walk to everything no need for the car! Parking underneath the building if you do have a car. The apar**ents are brand new, have a well equipped galley kitchen with stove, microwave, full sized fridge, toaster, kettle and all the implements to prepare a simple meal. All facilities are modern and barely used. Beds firm & comfortable with nice linen. There’s even a washer/dryer in the bathroom, very handy for travellers. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner is synched in with the balcony door (so you can’t leave the balcony door open and the aircon running) but ours switched off even if we just went in or out of the balcony door and closed it behind us. Every time! Was most annoying. Would also like to see a screen door on the balcony so you can let in fresh air but not the mozzies and flies. Otherwise excellent!

The property is new so of course had teething problems, our power point in the kitchen didn’t work. The way the light switches worked and connected to each other was a little confusing and the aircon shuts off or you can’t turn it on when the balcony door is open. It was nice to have the room serviced each day with new towels and the bed made.

The place is new, clean and very conveniently located in Glenelg close to shops and eateries.

Main reason I wouldn’t stay again - I couldn’t access my room when returning from a day at work. Keycard had deactivated. At a hotel this is only a minor inconvenience but here it took an hour to resolve as reception is only manned 9-5 and only a number for a security company is provided, who wasn’t aware of what to do in this scenario. Another guest who was locked out too had us connected with a staff member to attend and issue a new key. This was the 2nd time the other guest had been unable to access his apar**ent. The apar**ents are in a great location close to the beach but I was too worried about getting locked out in the morning before reception was on in case the key didn’t work again and I’d be late for work. Apar**ents are new and fresh, basic furnishings. Layout of my room had the bed very close to the fridge which hums. Air conditioner blows right in your face due to position on wall! Block out blinds effective and quiet late at night. You do hear the door slams of other guests coming and going frequently till about 10.30pm. Construction across the starts up at 7.30am but I was out all day so not a problem, but would grate if in during the day or wanted a sleep in. Only limited paid parking onsite. I hadn’t booked ahead and there was none available. Found street parking a block away. Shame, too many negatives will prevent me staying here again in what I’d hoped was a great new addition to accomodation in Glenelg.
