A good location on the edge of the Merchant City and most things can be walked to or a quick ride on the local subway. The rooms were clean and the service areas good. Breakfast is the usual basic European Style and it was good enough, but something hot would help as Glasgow can be cold in the winter.
The building is an old style building so creaky and you can hear other people walking about or if a noisy family, then it is a whole new story of noise. That said, I would recommend.

酒店公寓的位置離市中心核心商業中心很近， 步行七八分鐘就到，酒店公寓的服務也不錯，衞生總體狀況也挺不錯，當然酒店公寓比較老，但是總體維護還不錯，所以一家三口入住體驗還是挺好的。

因為聲音大酒店把客人強制出酒店！
最後選擇報警處理的！

The property was OK and the staff were friendly. We specifically booked this place as we needed a washer/dryer and this is advertised as having that. We booked an executive suite with this amenity. The rooms actually don’t have this the hotel has a laundry room?
Our room was uncomfortably warm and we notified reception. The advice was to utilise the portable air conditioner that was in the room. It seems this problem has been reported before and the aircon portable unit has been put there to assist.
Not the best experience.

This was our third visit to this hotel and once again it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are luxurious and warm and clean with everything you would need from the bathroom to the kitchen to the bed. Perfectly located for adventures in the great city of Glasgow. Welcoming and friendly staff. Discount on the parking at the carpark just around the corner - but this system has recently changed to a pre-booking online system which we weren’t aware of when we booked the hotel. We were still able to receive the discount but needed to ‘ring for assistance’ to leave the carpark as the start time was technically an hour after we parked, though we did leave the car park an hour before end time. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Glasgow.

Beautiful hotel and possible the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. My only negative with the hotel was I’d communicated we were travelling to Glasgow for a wedding and if possible could we have a early check in, which the replied saying they would aim to prioritise getting the room ready. Great! But once we arrived we were told this wasn’t possible due to maintenance. And after asking if there was somewhere we could get changed and ready the only offer to us was a toilet on the first floor. So no plug to do hair ect. Which after a 3 hour car journey was disappointing.

Our apartment was great except located on the first floor at the front and there was a very lively bar next door so not much sleep ! If I was younger I would have been in there ! I mentioned this on checking out and was advised to email ahead next time and request a quieter room. The location of the hotel is great for shopping and restaurants the Barra Market is a short walk away. We also had our Cocker Spaniel with us who was welcomed everywhere.
