Some confusion re confirmation but staff member turned up at 2 v polite and friendly. place was compact and bright and shiny.Excellent for a one night stop.

Hotel vicinissimo al centro, convenzionato con il parcheggio saba caterina, non effettua colazioni o altro,ha solo l entrata con una mini reception e poi scale o ascensore per andare nelle camere,check out molto tardi per i dormiglioni,alle 12.

Nous avons réservé une nuit dans une chambre double. L’hôtel est en travaux mais un message nous avait affirmé que cela n’avait aucune conséquence sur l’accueil des clients. Le soir nous nous sommes aperçus qu’il n y avait pas de télécommande pour la télévision. Nous avons demandé à l’accueil mais la personne n’a pas su nous renseigner. Elle a dit que les clients précédents l’avaient peut être prise ? N y a-t-il pas de contrôle lors du ménage ? Le matin nous avons voulu nous doucher mais il n y avait pas d’eau chaude. Nous l’avons signalé. Nous avons attendu une heure et nous avons eu un peu d’eau tiède.

I do not think this is a hotel. There is a receptionist at the front door and then a dark set of stairs leading up to the rooms. On the first floor there are some chairs and some storage lockers. The rooms are adequate. The safe in our room did not work. Breakfast can be purchased and taken at a local cafe. Parking is a 5-10 min walk away in a good underground public car park and you get a discounted rate. The ‘rooms’ are well located for the town. Do check out the rates on this site as the price seemed to vary considerably depending on different days you look!!! Overall ok.

Do read your email from the hotel explaining about arriving purists receptionists limited times! Otherwise you’ll Not be able to access the hotel when you get there. Once in, it’s lovely. Small but perfectly formed. Friendly staff, really good domestic services- they work hard and it’s spotlessly clean. Very comfy beds and pillows, lovely fluffy towels. Handy features like hot drinks, water, access to a microwave, and free lockers to store your luggage are great. Some traffic noise at times. Easy 10 minute walk from the old Town, and a bit less from The station.

Very conveniently located and good value accommodation. Good sized room with en-suite kettle for tea/coffee and also communal area with seating and further tea/cofffee making and microwave. No breakfast provided as such but complimentary mini croissants was a nice touch. Very clean. Friendly reception for part of the day.

I didn’t really care for the hotel. It felt more like a college dorm than a hotel. I had a hard time breathing because the cleaning products they use is overpowering, probably toxic. The location is pretty close to everything and the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. The front desk is only open from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
