Omdat ik het vuurwerk in Ginowan Park wil bekijken, heb ik een hotel geboekt, zodat ik daar niet heen hoef. Het balkon van het hotel heeft vrij uitzicht. De kamerinrichting is eenvoudig, praktisch en gebruiksvriendelijk. Het binnen- en buitenzwembad In de winter zijn de zwembaden ook verwarmd en het landschap is aangenaam. Het duurt ongeveer 5 minuten om naar links te lopen en er zijn winkels. Het heeft alles en is een zeer vriendelijk hotel als je een ontspannende vakantie wilt. Bijgevoegd is de pendelbus van het hotel naar de luchthaven.

De kamer was schoon en ik voelde me zeer comfortabel.
Ik koos voor de 13e verdieping, dus ik kon gebruik maken van de lounge en het zwembad op het dak.
Het was heel goed!
De reactie van het personeel was ook erg goed.
Ik raakte verbrand, maar ze zorgden goed voor me, en het loungepersoneel begroette me ook met een glimlach, wat me een goed gevoel gaf!
De sauna, het gesteentebad en het bad waren allemaal prachtig en ik heb er enorm van genoten!
Het ontbijt had veel variatie en was heerlijk!

Een zeer goed hotel met een goede service, complete uitrusting, comfortabele omgeving, en het zwembad en het rotsbad zijn zeer comfortabel. Als ik weer naar Okinawa ga, zal ik in dit hotel verblijven!

This Prince Hotel is very beautifully designed and modern. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of items it’s very hard to choose what to eat. The beds were very comfortable the view of the ocean was great, but the best thing was the spa and the communal bath. We had a very relaxing time and would definitely return again.

The hotel is nice, right face to the ocean. The room is clean and tidy, very big even for 3-4 people. I like this hotel a lot and definitely will visit another time!

The service is good and staff is nice. Location is convenient with shopping mall nearby. Breakfast has many choice and taste good but no nice view.

It’s a lovely hotel with good service and good view, expect a reception staff called阿波根（not sure if it’s his name accurately) he’s very rude to the customers
1: refusing to offer help for the customers. I extended a few nights star there, when I tried to ask him to update the room key for me, he searched his laptop and couldn’t find my reservation. I asked him POLITELY: “ can you restart your laptop, just in case your hotels reservation system collapses.” He was aggressively answered “ why??”
2. Another hotel staff showed up trying to help me, when 阿波根 explained the situation to him, he missed some details, so I tried to explain to that staff myself. And he instantly have the gesture and sound “shhhh” to me with a very rude attitude.
3. When he was talking with his colleague who tried to help me, he constantly use his finger to point me a few times ( and I’m pretty sure he did it on purpose)
And the funny thing is, I noticed that when there are other customers around( domestic customers especially) he changed his attitude to me instantly.
Overall it’s a lovely hotel, except this staff. And according to his attitude, I think it’s not the first time that he intentionally being rude to the foreigners.

Great facilities with spa access including different types of sauna, close to airport, dining areas and shopping mall. The hotel is very new and clean. Worth the money
