Nice location for diving !!

Душ сначала прохладный, нужно немного подождать) Очень красивая территория, приятный номер, полотенчики, чистая, мягкая постель, стабильный вай-фай, очень приятный персонал 🙏 Завтрак на выбор - хлопья, омлет, лапша или рис + фрукты + чай/кофе, готовят очень вкусно, молодцы!!

The staff at Laguna Hotel Gili Trawangan have been extremely friendly, helpful and kind natured. We have been stuck on the island for 2 days because of storms out at sea and the fastboats operating between the Gili islands and Bali have not been sailing due to safety reasons, the staff have arranged for a speedboat to come collect us from the beach in front of the hotel to Bangsal Lombok so that we can get to Lombok airport in time for our flight from Bali. They also arranged a taxi to collect us at the harbour and take us to the airport. The rooms are extremely clean, really good aircon. The pool is nice and cool, actually cooler than the sea. I would like to make a special mention to Nara and Mong for their great support they have made our stay and fastboat dilemma much much easier. Many thanks Alisdair Scrase

I stayed here last back in 2013 and twice before that it was once a lovely place so clean it was run by a Italian man, he was the original owner who built the place. Well what can you say now . I know things date with time and things wear … But Let’s just say having the air conditioner constantly dripping on your head as you try to sleep . Then the broken toilet which i nearly fell off to the shower with its green slime on the bass , I showered with my thongs on so I didn’t catch anything . I remember back in the day the furniture specially the little chair that sat in the room was spectacular ,Oh my have a look at it now it’s something you just throw to the tip and the lamp which if you touched the shade fell off with wires hanging out . The paint in the Rooms was peeling and I was a little frightened that part of the roof above the shower might of fallen down . We also had above the bed a nice piece of cardboard jammed up in the roof obviously because the roof leaked , the outside sitting area by your room the cushions where dirty . No Effort at all to maybe give them a wipe . My partner has a good nose and was saying he could smell cat Urine I fobbed it off, but then I noticed near the bed dirty Cat paw prints on the wall going in and out the window So I’m thinking he was right . The breakfast as tasteless The pool uninviting with pool tiles broken in the pool exposed wires from where once a light was My recommendation is to NOT book at The Laguna I’ve stayed at many places in Asia and this would be one of the worst We cut our losses and checked out even telling them why and I don’t expect anything but they didn’t even really care

This is honestly the worst place I tried in the whole of Gili & I tried a lot. The pizza tasted like they had just put ketchup instead of a tomato base, the burger tasted revolting. The restaurant had one other couple on there & the food took more than an hour to arrive with no apology or anything. Honestly way better restaurants in walking distance, please do not go here!!!

awful food awful service they didn’t put our order through for 1.2hours didn’t really seem to care when i went up to ask and they realised their mistake. rude to you if you aren’t staying in their rooms which also look poor. just avoid , there’s plenty more places within 2 mins walking distance that are 10 times better

Staff were very friendly. Beach front was a perfect swimmable area with little coral. Within close walking distance of all facilities on the island.

Well we must have stayed here more than 6 times now over the years. It is in the best location, near enough to walk to the action, restaurants, harbour but far enough to be away from the noise and dirt. The best snorkelling is in this area and a little to the north. Always see turtles and lots of fish. Bring reef shoes though for the dead coral that is lurking under the water in some spots. The bungalows are nice, really nice feel to them. The bathroom not so nice, the shower really lets the room down. Its old and smells. I can live with that though! Breakfast is good, cooked selection to order from menu, with asian and western choices, juice, tea and coffee plus fruit. The staff here are really nice, so friendly and welcoming. It hits the right spot in value for money. You will likely be woken at 5am daily by the nearby mosque. I don't remember this happening in previous visits but maybe they have beefed up their speakers! I doubt there is anywhere on the island that won't be disturbed now. Bring ear plugs.

Great Hotel in a fantastic location. We were very happy with our choice.
