No water supply in the room, you need to buy it from the downstairs or the market next to the hotel.
The staffs are nice.

衞生：打擾不是特別乾淨

Excelente sitio. Siempre vamos allí con nuestro hijo adolescente, porque nos parece excelente ubicación, el trato de su personal, no tenemos queja, siempre muy amables; las habitaciones impecables, las camas muy cómodas; en resumen, un ambiente muy acogedor.
Creo que sí siguen así, nunca lo cambiaremos.

Desde el minuto 1 de entrada al hotel todo fue un caos, tenia reservada una habitacion doble con cama extra para niño y segun el recepcionista se negaba que era asi aunque en la pagina de trip lo confirmaba, dijo estar lleno total y no habian mas habitaciones segun él, al final por medio de otra chica nos cambiaron locual no fue del agrado del recepcionista de nombre Carlos, la habitacion la calefaccion no servia y le importo poco ver que estabamos con un bebe no tuvieron la amabilidad de cambiarnosde cuarto, aun es el momento mi bebe esta enfermo del frio que aguantó y todo el momento este trabajador Carlos su atencion para con nosotros fue muy despota y grocero, es primera ves que lo veo siempre reservamos en ese hotel y nunca habia pasado nada hasta encontrarnos con esta persona.

La habitación es grande con todo lo básico, la cafetería muy completa, tiene el metro a 17 minutos andando, me pareció una zona segura, encontré aparcamiento sin problema, de lo mas económico que encontré por la zona.

Todo excelente menos la hora del check out. En recepción nos habían indicado que el check out era a las 12h pero el servicio de limpieza vino hora y media antes de la salida. En menos de 30 min, el servicio de limpieza entró dos veces a la habitación para limpiar cuando nosotros todavía NO habíamos salido de la habitación. Nos sentimos echados, a lo que tuvimos que pedir disculpas y dejar la habitación rápidamente. Cuando salimos, la chica de limpieza nos dio las gracias por abandonar el cuarto pero... por qué tenemos que pedir disculpas si todavía no era la hora del check out ? no deberían pasar después de que dejemos la habitación? Me pareció que estaba mal organizado. También pude escuchar desde la habitación que hizo lo mismo a otras habitaciones en donde todavía había gente hospedada.
El resto del personal fue muy amable, y el espacio me pareció muy jovial y bien decorado. La habitación estaba increíble.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, pasamos una noche. Relación calidad/precio está muy bien. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y tienen un microondas ,café e infusiones. Un detalle si quieres calentar algo o tomar un café en la habitación
