一個老闆管理整棟酒店和一樓餐廳，哈哈。非常有趣的老闆，酒店房間也還不錯，主要是景觀和陽台讓人非常驚喜，房間設備也還不錯，酒店早餐還挺不錯的，太划算了。酒店步行幾分鐘有一個披薩店味道非常贊！

We hadden een zeer goede tijd in dit hotel. De eigenaar is altijd zeer aanwezig en besteedt veel tijd aan het volgen van de gasten. Naast de gastvrijheid waardeerden we ook de uitstekende en overvloedige keuken. Ik hoop in de toekomst terug te kunnen keren wanneer de Covid-situatie rustiger zal zijn.

Great view of the mountains and the lake. Excellent service and amenities. The only improvement needed is putting a kettle in the room as well as brighter lights for the room as the room was quite dim. Location is a bit out of reach and not quite nearby to other areas.

Misleading location if you're not well-versed with Switzerland's geography. Parking spots may get full, then you're on your own. The hotel doesn't care enough to find you a spot (even though they say they provide parking spots). Don't expect anything in the name of service.

Omg such rude staff. Could not ask a question without an attitude. The manager is obnoxious like he’s doing you a favor. Waitress slammed the food on the table saying she was done working for the day. Bathroom and kitchen were left dirty after house keeping and did not make the beds. I was shocked.

Stunning views but service not too good (shortage of staff) Also very limited menu in restaurant, which was often closed even though we had an email conformation advising it would be open every evening of our stay!! However there are some lovely other options nearby with better menus.

Great view of the lake, large and comfortable room, good breakfast. But is it so detrimental to the hotel's financial statement if they have a bootle of water in the room for their guests? A bootle of water guys.
